I've been a customer here for over ten years now, the guys have been very helpful and have exceeded my expectations on many occasions.

Mike told my wife that her 2005 Honda accord was so badly rusted that he probably shouldn't let her drive it home. He stated that he had some cars he could sell her and that he would buy the Honda from her to help her out. I have had Krown rust protection applied to the car every year since I bought it with 32,000 km on it. I took the car to another mechanic in Toronto and was told that there was no rust on the car.I just had the car repainted due to fading clear coat (seems to be a common issue with the older Honda's) and guess what the body man said ? He couldn't believe how good of condition the body was in considering the age of the vehicle, he stated no rust". Thank you Krown rust protection! And see you later Mike's Auto Service. Shame !"

As a mechanic myself who left the trade I needed somewhere I could trust and feel comfortable with .. they were awesome and I will be a regular customer...

I have a 14 year old van and I really didn't want to spend too much money on repairs. I explained this to Eric and he understood. First he fixed an issue that kept draining the battery. Every other place I went to gave a quote in the thousands to fix. Eric found a way around the issue in the electrical system. Gave me a reasonable bill under $200 that I was happy to pay. This gave me many valuable extra months of use from the van. Then I asked them to look at an oil leak. I knew one leak was in the power steering because I had to keep topping it up. They checked and found another leak as well. Told me the cost to fix it (replace the line) but they also knew it was more than the cost of the van (a 2006 with 238,000 km). They actually topped up the engine oil because it had been leaking slowly as well. Did not charge me a cent. They used their time and added engine oil and said no charge. I appreciate all they have done for my vehicle. Plus they are always cheerful and friendly guys (Eric & John I think?). I would recommend them to anyone and have done so among my friends already. They are small shop so I usually cal ahead to book an appointment. If you want an honest estimate and good work, go to these guys.

He diagnosed the issues with my vehicle quickly and called with a quote to fix the car. When more problems arose than initially anticipated, the mechanic honored the original quote. Turn around was fast and pricing was transparent.

Rude and unaccomodatingI called Mike's and asked them if they could provide a cheap service for a few dollars (back story is I am temporarily in Toronto and have a vehicle registered in a US state and need to get a receipt of some sort showing the vehicle is out of state to renew my registration - just to be clear I am not asking for him to do anything shady - I was going to bring the vehicle physically to him, and I told him this)Mike was downright rude to me on the phone and basically told me to get lost. If this is how he acts before you've paid him, I can only imagine how bad the customer service is when your car is being worked on by him.

Excellent service, honest mechanics, good prices. I always feel like they go out of their way to look after me!
