I had to wait unnecessarily to pay for my items here because there was another customer who was chatting with the cashier for about 10 mins. Worst part is this customer seemed like he was also employed there because of the nature of their conversation and the fact that this customer seemed to know everyone else who was working at the time. Unprofessional service. The cashier didn't even apologize for the wait when he could tell we were clearly frustrated.

They don't always have the best selection but the customer service is amazing. We came in looking for a pair of shoes fit a gift they had the shoes but not in the correct size. The staff showed us all the store that carry them and which stores have the size we are looking for and also offered to order them into the store or mail them for us. Really raised the bar

Was in the store last week, short white employee made me uncomfortable, staring at me from across the store. He made me feel very uneasy. Did not end up making a purchase because I just left due to the situation. He also did not say a word to me at all. 0/10

So I called this store yesterday at 5:30 pm to ask a very friendly and nice service staff if they had a particular shoe in stock - the Nike Air Max 1 Remix Pack. The staff member confirmed with me that they actually had the shoe in my size and that it was still available for purchase. So I asked the staff, do you mind putting those shoes on hold for me
