They always get my order right, find my apartment ok, and deliver quickly most of the time. Very rarely had any issues with this company. I recommend them.

Normally I will order from here but had a very strange interaction with the lady on the phone saying “I’m only answering this call because you ordered earlier” but I ordered from M&Ms earlier and she insisted that “you already got your delivery tonight” which is true but from another company with shorter wait times but required more as there is a birthday party tonight. Normally this woman is very sweet but after tonight I will no longer be ordering from this place as I deemed this very unprofessional and frankly an awkward and strange experience.

Worst customer service ever. I called at 8:55 pm and was told I was put on last call" (whatever that means ). It's now 10:42 pm and no one has shown up. Of course the phones are down for the night now so I have no idea what is going on. Next time I'll take a cab or use the competition. I'll never use this company again. Horrible."

Incredibly rude phone workers, refuse to cooperate with customers as well as not taking any responsibility for their poor services. Poor timing. Awful prices. Horrible customer service. Just go to the LCBO instead they aren't worth your time, money, or effort.

Call m&ms if you want delivery service there the best and loyal, not this company, they like to put you on last call & you can barley even hear the girl when you call, she’s very nice but upgrade your stuff. Takes money to make it. CALL M&ms you won’t regret it there loyal
