Unprofessional, avoidant, and disrespectful. I began the process of filling my income taxes with Rodger in May. He indicated it would be done in three weeks. It is now three months later and they are not complete. He stopped answering my phone calls for weeks leaving me unable to file elsewhere as I had no clue if they were filed or not.I strongly do not recommend any business with this man. He did not complete any productive work in the three months I was in contact with him and I am now months behind on what should have been a straight forward process. He showed a complete disregard for my time and personal finances. I did not receive as much of an apology or explanation, do better.
