I’ve been an employee for Junior Enterprise Ltd for almost a year. The owner, Jonathan, goes above and beyond. He is very open, and receptive to feedback, and is truly invested in team and professional development, as well as boosting employee morale and client satisfaction. He is very understanding and caring as a manager, and has encouraged me to rise to a higher level of achievement. I am proud and thankful to be a part of this team, where I feel respected, valued and appreciated.

I could have not asked to join a better company than this one. Junior is always making sure his employees are in a SAFE environment. He will send his employees to a HEALTH AND SAFETY TRAINING COURSE.Junior will also ask you DO YOU FEEL SAFE AT YOUR JOB, he also makes sure that every vehicle owned by this company is well maintained for your safety. HE WILL NOT put ANY of his employees at risk that is just NOT who he is. I'm treated with respect as an employee and as a family member of this company. When you work for Junior Entreprises you feel very proud to work there. Not only is he your boss, but he is also a friend. When I am asked to go on a job site for Junior Entreprises, there is nothing but good things being said about this company. He's a professional when it comes to business, and a family man. He is always asking his employees for suggestions of improvement. My overall experience working for this company has been nothing but a positive and joyful commitment to this company.

Great employer I have worked for Junior Enterprise for over 3 years without incident. My husband also does contract work for JE. In my time at JE I have never seen or heard of one incident report and every contract we have I also have not heard of a complaint. The owner addresses any issue that arise immediately and if someone needs some kind of time off he makes it work. I love the family values the business carries they truly care about their employees and it is a wonderful place to work.

SCAM ARTIST!!This company is running an unsafe work environment and lies to his employees about their pay rate. Use of unsafe work vehicles that should NOT be operated under any means, no proper regulations that follow Ontario laws, does NOT follow proper health and safety protocols and severely lacks professionalism. If you want professional cleaning services or landscaping from a good establishment, my advice; don't hire this company. There are WAY better options that don't treat their workers nor customers like trash.

Kayla Joanisse Garrow : I've been employed by Jon and his wife Becky for over a year now. Pay started off what he said and after my probation it went up $1. Jon has always been helpful and listens to his employees. I've worked at the resorts, I've done houses and I've done security clearance places ex: (opp) Jr enterprise expands from Midland surrounding areas to even Collingwood! The work Van's are a bit beat up/unattractive on the outside but they still run fine. The company offers no benefits to workers because no one really ever used them ,so that is why we get paid more. It works great for me as my husband is covered and has benefits so I really dont need them. Making the amount I do is totally worth it. You wont find a better company who cares so much about their employees. Right now I'm off on a sick leave due to mental health issues and will be returning to work in may. Jon has not only called/texted often to see how I was, he would even call my husband while i was in the hospital to check in. Great boss, great pay and perfect hours for what I need. He works around schedules and tries his best for his employees. Best job I've ever had ☆☆☆☆☆

I have worked for this company for three years, and I have nothing but wonderful things to say about the company. They are the kindest people who take great care in all that they do. They treat their staff like family and care deeply about each staff member. That care is carried forward into the work that the staff perform. We take great pride in our work and don't quit until it reaches the highest quality and exceeds expectations. I would highly recommend this company as both a great employer or as a contractor. Whatever you need, junior enterprise has my greatest confidence.
