We hired Northwoods Specialties LLC to install carpet in our basement and stairs. What we thought would be a simple, straightforward job turned out to be more work than expected, but they completed the job cheerfully and professionally. We appreciated Josh's discerning eye when he noticed a color discrepancy in our carpet, giving us the option to have it remedied before continuing on. If you are a perfectionist, you will find an ally in Josh! We highly recommend their service. They have all the qualities you would expect: hard-working, honest, reliable, affordable, and quality workmanship.

I can’t say enough about what am amazing Job Josh did! His employee had COVID so Josh had to do the floor install on his own. Not only was it done a day earlier than expected but the floor came out beautiful! He was such a pleasure to work with and answered every question we had for him! I will be getting carpet installed next year and I am looking forward to him installing that. Thank you again Josh!!

I would highly recommend Northwoods Specialties! I had them install flooring on our main floor of the cabin, carpeting on the stairs, and linoleum in the bathroom. They were competent, courteous, and listened to my concerns. The floors look great and they also provided quick tips for upkeep. They completed the work in the time frame discussed. I could not be happier!

We are so pleased with ALL the work Josh did for us!Josh and his team are amazing and know what they are doing. He definitely takes pride in his work. I could tell that he cares about hearing all the details, looks and designs that we wanted to implement. He suggested that we use Lakeside Floors and Design. Which we did and I also highly recommend using them! (but he was ok if we used other flooring)He was very prompt to call back with the estimate or any other questions or concerns that we had.He installed LVT on most of the main floor. Installed carpet in 2 bedrooms and ceramic tile in another room and did our complete bathroom with tile on the floor and shower and backsplash. Which turned out beautifully!!My husband was happy to see that Josh is a perfectionist ! So it all looks very professional.We would definitely hire Josh again and highly recommend Northwoods Specialties.
