We were initially critical of Sparkies' process of fixing a problem with our electrical runs in our cottage.The owner took the time to detail what the problem was and I was satisfied with the explanation. Work was promptly done to our satisfaction.

Sparkies was very prompt and quick with the repairs- however when the bill came in the mail I was billed for 3 hours to replace the mast on my house when the job took less than an hour. (hydro disconnected and connected within that hour) After speaking with the owner who said he would call back after speaking with the employees he never followed through. Paid the bill and called it a lesson learned. FYI expect $525/hr (or 3hr)

Prompt service both times. High quality work. Did get overcharged both times because the electrician who was here submitted his paper work saying he was here longer than he had been. After contacting the owner, he took care of that and now we are totally satisfied with the bills.
