Newhouse Home Comfort
Terrible experience. We hired Newhouse in April 2021 to install a ductless heating and A/C unit (Johnson Control mini split w two heads). Problems from the beginning with installation (system does not defrost properly and the wall mounts leak in dehumidifier mode). Does not return calls. We've had to hire another contractor to service, repair and reinstall parts of the system. Would definitely not use or recommend this company.

Newhouse Home Comfort
Newhouse was hired in fall of 2020 to install a full HVAC system in my business in Collingwood. They installed the incorrect system. This cost my business over $10,000. When approached to rectify the situation, the owner of the company refused to take responsibility. Consumer beware!

Newhouse Home Comfort
I hired Newhouse home comfort in June 2022 and was done in October 2022 (I was told the work could be done in a few weeks). The work looks good. (And hope lasts as never received the info I requested re warranties). But the process to get this job completed was the most stressful experience I have ever had trying to execute the agreement. I deal with 30-40 small businesses a year and never was I so concerned would never see my deposit or had to chase so much. I was patient at first then had to contact the company multiple times. I am happy the work was done after all the attempts and deflections but don’t wish this stress onto anyone.
