Wonderful place to train. Instructors/trainers are very knowledgeable and personable. The studio is super clean and has great equipment to work with. Totally a judgement free zone with people that encourage positivity! Definitely recommend!- Veronica F

Really enjoyed all my classes there so far! Instructors are really encouraging and adaptable. I recommend trampoline bounce, circuit training, yoga doux, yoga adaptif and yoga mobilité. For beginners in the fitness classes, it might take a few classes to get used to the pace/intensity.

I love this place! Their studio is clean and modern, great bathrooms with natural soaps and hand towels. They provide you with all necessary equipment for classes. They use yellow lole yoga mats and provide blankets for Vinyasa. I go to yoga flow classes Wednesdays at 6pm with Angela and she will have you smiling and laughing even in tough yoga poses! The classes are bilingual. The room temperature is just right. The music playing throughout the class is great. I recommend it to anyone who practices yoga or for beginners looking to try.
