La Bella Vita Wellness

Over the last few weeks I have been participating in a bootcamp with Maria Spadafora from La Bella Vita Wellness and it’s been awesome. Maria is an incredible wellness professional. She shows up with a positive attitude and fully prepared to lead and motivate her clients. Her workouts are balanced and well thought out and she is able to provide adaptable exercises for people of all abilities. What I’ve enjoyed the most about my time with Maria is her ability to bring a group of people together and create a sense of community. I am thoroughly enjoying the workouts, the energy and the fun that I experience every time I show up for a workout with Maria. I recently hired Maria to help me with eating healthy again. She came over to my house and spent 5h in my kitchen preparing 1 month's worth of meals for me. Now I have 50 meals in my fridge/freezer and when I need something for lunch or dinner I simply grab a meal from the fridge and warm it up. No more wasting time cooking every week, weekly grocery trips, or eating out because I'm too tired to cook. I'm also eating healthier and on my way to losing some weight!! Total game changer for my life!!

I recently took on a project that required some outside the box thinking. It took me way beyond my comfort zone,i was fortunate enough to have Maria in my corner she helped me get beyond the hurdles and prepare for the project. Thank you Maria for being an inspiration.
