Amazing Selection! One of a kind Rugs! It's almost like a Museum! Great informative staff!

I had 3 rugs that I wanted information on and cleaned. The owner gave me the info and approximate cost of repair on one as well as approximate value of each. We had them cleaned and the work was done in the time promised for the price quoted. One was stained quite badly and they managed to clean it out beautifully. The shop also sells rugs of all different sizes and styles with pricing consistant with materials used. I would go back to Herat for any other of my rug needs!

Herat Carpets were wonderful with getting my carpets cleaned. they were on time and did a amazing job when I got them back. I had a couple of stains on the carpets and these guys were able to get them out like they were never there! amazing.

Great selection of authentic hand woven carpets, throw pillows, and jewellery unique in style and high in quality. This shop feels like you've been transported to a different world of colour and texture. We met with Shir and he welcomed us warmly to his cozy shop, which we learned he runs with his brother Parviz. The only thing missing from an authentic carpet shopping experience was a cup of chai (tea) like many market shops offer in the middle east..…but I don't doubt Shir would have offered if we stayed long enough. :) Shir came across like an honest and fair guy ready to make a deal and he offers excellent value for what you're getting too. The cleaning service for delicate and expensive carpets is excellent and prompt so I recommend this place for expert advice and cleaning service. Products are imported and are authentic so if you want something original in your house - this place will most likely have it or know where to find it.

Herat Carpets is a gem of a carpet store. I think they have the best selection for vintage and unique handmade rugs in Canada. Highly recommended.

Excellent customer service. We had a few pet stains on our area rug that needed work and Herat carpets and cleaning got them out. That also have an excellent inventory or wool and silk carpets for sale.

Best place to find awesome rugs and carpets. Rare nomadic treasures.
