Got my car serviced. They did a good job on it. The costumer handling department is good. They even provide free shuttle services. Would go there again next time.

Had a small job , single tire replacement. Most shops would have been a couple days which would have pushed the job past the w end. They wete able to squeeze me in to get the job done.

Gerry and OK Tire have a new customer life! I am very finicky when it comes to my vehicles and good customer service. I couldn’t have been treated better and the customer service was honestly 1st rate.When you invest in a top quality product you expect top quality service and Gerry made sure that was the case for me. He also knows sooo much about tires and the industry which also impressed me. I assure any new clients will not be disappointed.

Terrible treatment from the manager.I was turned back after bringing a flat tire by giving a reason that they gonna close in half an hour.I had to tow it all the way back home. They don't want their customers to come back and they judge you instantly on your looks. Try to avoid this location @Arlington $Logan. Never ever will recommend it .

They gave fast and efficient service. Matt and Sonny answered all my questions. Sonny even replied to a question I had off hours that I sent via email. If you're in need of affordable but quality battery replacement OkTire in Arlington is your place.

Very poor customer service. I booked an appointment online days in advance, received an email confirming my appointment and was emailed a quote for the tires. When I arrived for my appointment they seemed to have no knowledge of the appointment and I was told that they did not have the tires because they did not order them. I showed the quote to person at the front and he blamed someone else in the office for a miscommunication". Huge waste of my time. I do not recommend this business."

If you are reading this PLEASE BEWARE. I used to be a long time customer. But management changed and customer service drastically dropped. I was told about their winter tire sale and called each week about it then it had passed never told me and then proceeded to tell me they weren't sure when they would have it? Then I brought 10 co workers and was told we d get a great price and it was more expensive than most other places? If you consider customer service importantl....do not go here!

I had usually had an excellent experience at this Okay Tire for their spring/fall oil change and inspection special, but in the fall I had a disappointing visit. I felt that the inspection and reporting of my cars condition was quite weak. I complained about this, and Sonny has made it right with me. I’ll continue to take my car there for this great deal. They really care about your satisfaction with their service.
