I went in to get a storage unit I had reserved, and there wasn't a single employee to be found. I wandered around and called out (the restroom was clean but empty) and ended up leaving without a storage unit and canceling my reservation. Very disappointing.

Decent customer service and fair prices. I rented a car hauler trailer and didn't have any bad issues. 8 had a flat tire my last morning and they replaced the tire immediately.

The express" online checkout is a joke and waste of time. You literally have to go through the same process all over again in store and it's not 24/7 pick up only drop off false advertising. I have rent many trucks and ALWAYS have an issue it looks like I'll just go through Penske from now on."

Great knowledgeable customer service. They had the trailer we needed right then and made sure it was connected and set up correctly with our vehicle. They made check out and return fast, simple, and easy. Great deal for the money. Would definitely use U-Haul in the future.

Had a little trouble with the app, but I went into the store and Chris was very helpful. Then returning was the easiest thing I've ever had to do. It was worth driving the extra mile to this location to work with this crew.

Rented a 26' truck and the customer service was excellent. Originally the scheduled the truck for 7 hours which ended up as 2.5 days, but they only charged me for 2 days. I definitely recommend this uhaul place to anyone.

Try to use UHaul on 10th. The guys are pretty decent. The manager on the West side is unpleasant to say the least. I have heard other stories from other customers as well.
