Hello..I was reluctant to start looking for hearing aids, and to shop for pricing and service. I contacted Costco in Kelowna, but quickly realized not practical to not deal locally for fitting and after service/warranty. I found two local (Nelson) Hearing Aid providers, after contacting and comparing their customer service/response, their product, and appointment wait times - I chose to deal with Dynamic in Nelson. From my hearing test on, I have been helped and assisted in making considered decisions, and to subsequently purchase hearing aids. I was provided with product and pricing options, and the technical details were fully explained. Friendly and prompt service, no sales pressure, and a 90 Day Trial Return Option. I can recommend Dynamic Hearing without hesitation.

Brad is very knowledgeable about the product. His instructions are clear and comes with a continuous follow up. All in all a very professional service.

We are visitors from the US and both my right ear hearing aids quit. After a pleasant helpful phone call an appointment was set up for the next day. Mr Neeve greeted us and had both hearing aids fixed in 15 minutes. Best service EVER.

Took my Dad to see Mark in the Cranbrook office. I had been to the place downtown and no comparison. Renee at the front is amazing and took the time to make sure my Dad was doing great. The Audiologist Mark was top notch and even came to visit my Dad when I couldn’t bring him in. I also compared other clinics in the area for their prices and Mark’s were lower by almost $1000. Highly recommended!

My father has dementia and generally operates on the cup is only a quarter full outlook on life. The audiologist, Brad, was supremely patient and quick witted and kept dad in a positive direction. He was able to educate both of us and instead of swimming in a river of denial (all of us kids mumble") dad embraced getting hearing aids. When l come to Fernie from Australia every 2 years l always go and see Brad. I just saw him in January 2019 and the new hearing aids l have are fantastic. The sound & clarity of them l couldn't get it any better - l thought my old aid was terrific but this one beats it by a country mile. I could go to an audiologist in Australia but l prefer to see Brad as he is so professional, understanding and caring and doesn't rip you off like l have had done to me in Australia. Brad your one in a million and thanks so much for all you have done for me since 2012, see you in 2021
