I have always received amazing service at both locations of Crimson Lingerie! The employees are so knowledgeable and kind, they put in great effort to give me the best fitting possible. Their range in sizes is perfect for me, not many lingerie stores have so many choices for smaller and larger sizes. The gorgeous European lingerie they carry gives me confidence and provides me with astounding comfort!!

I have been dealing with this store for years. The lady that usually takes care of me is off work due to a serious illness. I ordered bras months ago. Everytime I call them, they have no record of it. Made me feel like I don't matter. I doubt they have even bothered with the order. I questioned a lady named Crystal about it and she was rude and unhelpful. Told me I could shop somewhere else. Customer service is not existing. I'll never go back.

I recently visited Crimson Lingerie and am now the proud owner of a beautiful bra that fits me perfectly. The staff are caring, helpful and know how to fit a bra and I definitely will shop there again.

Crimson Lingerie has very good service, a calm environment and very friendly staff. I struggled finding a bra in the past that fit properly, and I hated shopping for them and found it emotionally draining. But after going to Crimson and getting a proper fitting, now I have two beautiful and comfortable bras that fit perfectly. And I plan to come back and purchase more from them in the future.

All the bad star reviews are RIGHT. We were in the store and the ladies did not welcome me nor my sisters. They were both stuck in their front desk and were barely making conversation with us. They made our experience awkward.

I had the best customer service from Yazmin at North Hill. She really listened to what I needed and spent a lot of time helping me to find the right fit. She really knows how to make the difficult process of bra fitting into a painless, even enjoyable time! She is so kind and patient and her wonderful sense of humour made it a top notch shopping experience! Thank you so much.

I had searched online for a bra store and came across this store. I was thrilled that it was located at North Hill. There was a couple of bad reviews and a couple of good, so thought I would give it a try. I had a lovely lady help me and spend quite a bit of time with me making sure I had the right fit. Although it was quite expensive, I felt it would worth it as I wear it every day. I told her I would be back to buy a second one around Black Friday hoping for a sale. Unfortunately, after wearing it for less then 2 weeks, I realized it was very uncomfortable and by the end of the day I just wanted to rip it off. The receipt stated all under garments were final sale, however, I stopped in to see if anything could be done. A different lady was working and basically said that they ask customers to walk around the mall for an hour (which I was not advised). Even so, that is not really enough time to determine comfort. The lady acted as though l was more of an inconvenience. She checked the fit and adjusted the straps but that was about it. This was an opportunity to ensure a new customer was satisfied. I wasn’t looking for a refund but perhaps she could have offered a discount on another bra. I visited a large retailer today, I found a larger selection and better pricing plus I had amazing service there as well, and their return policy is 30 days even if worn.

Oh my goodness! I had such an amazing experience here. If you are looking for a good place for custom bra fitting and good quality lingerie this is the place to go. Great customer service as well- definitely will be back !

I was in Crimson Lingerie about a month ago to purchase a bra, they had a draw to win a bra and pantie set so I entered, not thinking about it again thinking that I wouldn't hear from them again about the draw. Well I WON!!! I couldn't have been happier so I went to the store to collect my prize it was for Chantelle. That brand doesn't fit me, so the owner changed the prize to accommodate me with a brand that fits me AND gave me not one but TWO bras. The brand that works for me doesn't have matching panties and I was absolutely thrilled to get two bras that fit me. I have been going here for many years and the staff are very good and patient with trying to find the correct brand that fits your body type. If you are a larger cup size they have many styles and colours that I find very beautiful. I have had a really hard time in the past trying to find bras that fit me now this is the only place that I go!
