Such a bad experience.They managed their projects poorly, they don't communicate with their own teams.They had to redo a lot many times due to lack of communication. The staff will show up and not know what they were supposed to do for the day. If I (or my fiancee) wasn't at home to guide them, I can't imagine how bad it will be.They didn't meet their timelines : agreed timeline was June, the deck was finished" in October ! I put "finished" in quotations Mark's because they still didn't finish the deck. Boards are loose

We needed a privacy panel added to our deck this spring and approached Drak Enterprises after reading positive reviews. We were hoping it could be done quickly as we wanted to get out and enjoy our backyard as soon as possible after a long winter.They were able to give us a reasonable quote and the panel was completed within our timeframe. They also easily responded to our request to extend our downspout as an add-on to the project. The privacy panel is very well constructed and looks lovely. It exceeded our expectations.We hope to have a new deck installed in 2022 and Drak Enterprises will most definitely be our contractor of choice!Marguerite Old

Unfortunately it appears as though no one communicates with each other. We had people show up to build a shed with no drawings or any idea what they were building.Make sure you verify that he is obtaining a build permit for anything that requires one and get it in writing as he will attempt to change the narrative. They were unsuccessful in obtaining a permit for our deck and gazebo project and blamed the city, even though we had communication from the city which showed they did not submit all required information. This is after months of the company ignoring our attempts to contact them.Ask for a detailed breakdown of billing and make sure you understand the process otherwise shortcuts will be made.I am now over a year from making a deposit with helical piles that are not placed correctly/sufficient for the structure.There was also a privacy breach where we had someone else’s personal information forwarded to us, which has made us very concerned for our own privacy. Not once have they addressed this issue.Overall a very frustrating experience.

Do not hire this company. They removed exterior of our house, huge mess, well over a year later never showed with materials. Jim Drakopoulos + team kept lying to us. Lost a lot of money, need to repair items they damaged. He's on trustedpros.ca.

Put in a Fence around my property, Red flags from day one. The Sales guy I met with ended up leaving the company and the PM assigned to my job was fired. As a result they were months late in starting my project because I was forgot about. When the work finally started the crew that was assigned to my job were unprofessional and cut corners. I caught them back filling the post holes with dirt instead of concrete. I caught them using scrap material to secure the boards together. They used Deck Screws which were sticking through the fence to my neighbors side, which I made them file down for safety. Some of the posts are not straight, as a result the board don't line up true. The gate I asked for was not what they made. They tried to charge me over $3500 extra for an additional gate and fence section, I asked be added to the job. which I refused.I had to watch and correct these people every step of the way, the final product looks okay, but the poor craftsmanship is obvious at a closer look. Do not trust anything they tell you, it's a bate and switch for sure. I was so stressed by the end I wanted them gone! I would never recommend these people.

Do not deal with them. Over 2 years and work is not complete. They take your money and run. Over promise and under deliver. They are slow to respond if you hear from them at all. Staff turnover is high

Its been 1 year, Jim owes me a lot of money. He stays in hiding all the time. Someone help me !
