If I can give a higher review, i would, Ms. Samuels, has the knowledge, experience, expertise and professionalism to see every aspect of the sale through. She had a prospect within a few days and closed the sale shortly there after to that same prospect. Hire her !

After an arduous search for the perfect rental during a one year period, Shawn Levy was adamant at finding us the perfect location, size and price. He did not give up and kept looking for the best fit for our family. He was attentive, patient, reliable and most importantly had an eye for the right properties that matched our tastes. He saved us precious time and prevailed at his delivery of the ideal home to rent. By far, the best experience I've had with a realtor. I had a great experience with Immeubles Montria. Kayla Samuels was my real-estate agent and she helped me out quite a bit.I was a first time home-buyer who wasn't really sure what I wanted, and she helped me figure it out and find a great place in a location that I really like. She was quick to answer my questions and didn't just push me to buy, she made sure I knew what I was possibly getting into (the pluses and negatives) with each place we looked at. In the end, I found something I really liked within 2 weeks that easily met all my requirements. Would recommend.
