absolutely terrible. i called at 4:23 to see about a walk in and they told me they would be able to get me in. i informed them i’d be about a half hour and they said no problem. get there at 4:47 and they said they can’t fit me in because they have two appointments. terrible experience and this isn’t the first time it’s happened. they were very disrespectful as well. both workers as well were just standing there doing nothing on their phones.

Went in to get a haircut absolutely terrified ( I don't like changing hairdressers) but so desperately needed a cut. Francise was awsome, very friendly and super gentle on my long curly tangled hair and i love my cut! Already booked to go back.

I never had such a bad experience before… I ask for balayage color and I got completely black color I didn’t got what I expected and they just gave me 20% dis. For changing my complete look I can’t see even myself in mirror…. Am never going to this salon again… never ever

Booked online but should have called as I wanted more than a basic cut. However they did accommodate me. Francis was my stylist and this was my second visit. He did a great job! Discussed what I wanted versus what could be done then let me relax. This morning my hair was bouncy and I absolutely love the style. Thank you, I’ve found a stylist yeah!

Why does a kids cut cost the same as an adult cut?!!!!! And the people who have cut my hair, my son's hair and my daughter's hair, always screwed it up, my hair is a bunch of different lengths and it should be all one length. We will never be back to this location. I DON'T RECOMMEND THIS HORRIBLE PLACE!!!!!

Horrible! I went for a hair cut for my wedding. Big mistake. It was so uneven (see photo's) and I don't know if this is supposed to happen with thinning sheers but now I have these really short chunks it weird places. The hair cut took her over an hour. Maybe her first time ever cutting hair? I won't return to this place for sure. I had to get someone to fix all of it. Done on June 7th.
