I was recommended to Kyle from a electrician that works with him and we are so glad we were. I called Kyle and within 5 days he was at our home advising us on what would work best for our home and our budget. We had a few things in mind ourselves on what we wanted but Kyle suggested not to as it would not be efficient and it would cost us more money. Kyle also educated us on all the rebates available to us with the different types of installs. This was a deal breaker that he was the guy for our needs and truly was looking out for us and our pocket book.That same night a quote was in my email and a Date of install if we were to move forward, we moved forward with no hesitation AT ALL. From start to finish Kyle was bang on his install dates, completions times and quotes.This guy is fast, friendly affordable but most importantly honest, professional and just a good person.We have since recommended KL Mechanical to two of our neighbors and the have also chosen to have Kyle be their guy.We are now a toasty warm home and cant wait to hit +30 so we can crank the AC.Thanks Kyle

When I left a message asking for an estimate I appreciated that my call was returned promptly even though their busy workload meant I had to wait several weeks for the a site visit. During and after the estimate visit, my many questions were answered promptly, options were provided with pros and cons, timeline estimates were realistic. Their knowledge of the Better Homes grants was a bonus too. Later the installation went smoothly. The staff were polite and professional. I love my heat pump and would not hesitate to recommend KL Mechanical to anyone looking to install or service one.

I found Kyle very knowledgeable for installing our heat pump system. He answered all our questions .... and we had lots! His pricing was very competitive. It was so easy to have him around.

Great customer service. Very prompt on replying to emails and phone calls. This was the first time I have had heat pumps so those were very important asepcts that made me feel more comfortable spending this kind of money. Very informative about the equipment being used as well as the rebates available. Nice clean install and Kyle was very accommodating with the placement of my units with where I wanted them and how I wanted the cables to be run. Highly recommend KL Mechanical.Update after over a year of having my heat pumps. An error code came up recently and I emailed Kyle at mechanical and he was at my house within 30 mins after receiving my email, on a Sunday. If that's not great service I don't know what is.
