Absolutely appalled with the service. They don't even deserve a one star rating. I will give a more deserving salon my hard earned money.

Both my daughter and I went for a facial this week. The owner gave me my facial, a new addition to the team gave the facial to my daughter. We both were very impressed with the professionalism, the very kind atmosphere. They both went over and above what we expected and we will defiantly go back again.

My favourite place to go for a massage. The facility is always very clean, the staff are respectful and the atmosphere is quiet and calm.

--------Revised review----Owner went out of their way & waited after their working hours just to address my concern :) What I like is their quality over quantity as it's totally family operated business now. No crowd, no waiting & no rush to finish & take as much clients as possible.I have got different facials to a full package of acid peels in past & liked their services offered at reasonable price than other salons & their services listed with prices so we know what we are getting in a specified priced service.Most importantly no selling. The other salon I visited for a regular facial offered me to buy $3000+ radiation treatment for acne for months which I never inquired about because I knew my acne are temporary. Upon getting prescription from my family doctor my acne cleared in less than a week.---------OLD REVIEW-------I used to visit this spa but they have reduced their hours after covid i guess & never brought it back to way it was. The hours are not very flexible for full time working professionals. They should have late evening hours or full saturday/sunday like other spas.

Was very very impressed with the service , I went for microblading eyebrows and search in regards.at kenza When i went for my consultation i was given prompt advice that how it will be done using two techniques as my brows was very uneven and their was no hair in middle of my one eyebrow. she is sososo good , certified , knowledgeable and knows very well what she is going to do . i was very nervous on the day of my appointment but it was her confidence that result which i cannot believe. it looks so good and i am so happy. no hassle in the morning. cannot wait for touch up when healing process over. Thank you .

This was the first time I came here to have my eyebrows shaped and tinted and I am so happy with the results. Najwa did an amazing job and you can tell she has an eye for detail. In the past I have gone to two other places for the same service and it was nothing compared to what I got done today. Thank you so much to the gentleman who was so professional and friendly on the phone. He as able to get me in on such short notice as they were fully booked and I needed my eyebrows done for my bday. Amazing team and I can't wait to come back again as I have found my trusted eyebrow place.

Very very impressed with my experience at Kenza Day Spa! I had a microblading procedure done with Najwa. Not only is she professional but she is highly experienced and does amazing work. I had microblading done in the past that left my brows red in color and completely uneven in shape. Before finding Kenza Day spa I had two consultations elsewhere where I was told nothing could be done. Najwa was able to help me and gave me beautiful, symmetrical gorgeous brows! The day spa is a clean, well organized establishment. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for microblading or other spa and beauty services.

I have been going to Kenza for over a year now. Najwa does beautiful eyebrows. She is professional, sweet to talk to and very knowledgeable of her treatments and services. My 13 year old daughter comes for her eyebrows also and feels so comfortable, she won't go anywhere else. She really takes the time with her clients and ensures they are relaxed and at ease. Her husband and business partner is always a pleasure. The cost of services are worth every penny and I always leave happy.
