We love it here, always well taken care of, puppy gets the VIP treatment no matter what time of day we roll in. Keep up the great work!

Staff here are always so amazing and helpful. I am always greeted at this store with a smile and a genuine hi how's it going. They have a great dog washing station fully stocked with shampoo/towels, and even gave my dog a bag of treats. Will absolutely be coming back!

One of my go to’s for all things puppy. I’ve gotten my fur baby back in January, and from the first moment stepping foot into the store I was immediately welcomed with bright gleaming smiles! No pressure sales tactics whatsoever.Mikayla (my apologies if I spelt your name wrong!) was an absolute gem to deal with; full of knowledge, experience and patience! Guided me to everything I actually needed with different price tier points to suit any of my needs; there’s no oversell here. I walked out with a splendid starter pack for my Ellé - and a couple months afterwards - I’m still using every single one of them! Prices are competitive; services fantastic. Staff was extremely pleasant to both me and my older dog and went out of their way to help get her a few treats and getting her into the tub.

I was there for a dog wash, the staff are nice but there is no treat in the dog wash and they only provide you with one me towel, I guess if you asked you’d get another one but every other location I’ve been to, they have the towels right there in case you ended up needing another one. The water was also only luck warm. All in all, while I’m sure I’ll visit pet value dog washes over and over in the future, this location is not the one I’d choose unless I have no other choice. The reason I went there in the first place was that my usual location (on rabbit hill road) had some plumbing issues and the dog wash was closed

Terrible service from Caitlyn and Mikayla. Very rude and disrespectful, will not be going back. I also have been told by the store to take my review down which is very unprofessional

It is because of all the friendly staff here, I finally figured out what food my puppy likes (that also won't give him diarrhea) since he is a really picky eater. I love that all the staff love him and because of that, I will continue to shop here despite having moved far from the neighborhood. Thanks!
