Caesar's Centre (Venue)

We had an event here a few weeks ago. The management is very unorganized. They were quick to take the deposit but we weren’t able to finalize the details of anything until the day before since our meetings were cancelled a few times. The price was also changed on us a few times because the person who were booking us was not aware of multiple factors and when the other lady came in later that week she let us know there will be extra charges that the First Lady forgot to mention. The space is nice but the over all experience was very stressful.

We have lived in Bolton for many years and for the first time after COVID decided to go back for the Easter Lunch at Caesar’s, now under new fantastic management and staff. Everything about the experience was outstanding! The Antipasto Bar was plentiful, varied and delicious! The young folk, at our long King’s table for 20, went up for seconds. The Live-Pasta Bar, with two chefs was fresh and authentically Italian. The venue is very spacious, modern, and tastefully decorated and we were happy for the opportunity to mingle during this first part of the meal. We then were served at our table for the rest of the luncheon and the staff was very professional and friendly. The potato leek soup, followed by the roast beef, chicken, lamb and vegetables were carefully prepared and of high quality followed by coffee and dipped crapes. After this last course people gathered in the open sun-filled large foyer/entrance with its dessert table bursting with yummy pastries, cakes, panettone and fruit. Did I mention that there was also red and white wine included on the tables, and an Easter Bunny, face painting and treats for the children! From start to finish a wonderful family experience for all! Our appreciation to Laura, the new director, to Maria, to the accomplished chef and to the whole staff. We will be back and highly recommend.

We were guests here at an event recently. The hall itself is clean and lovely, still very new with no signs of wear and tear yet.We arrived for 6:30 cocktails to find everyone milling about in the reception area waiting for the bar to open. There was a lone bartender struggling to get his station set up and some hurried conversations with the f&b manager and support staff buzzing back and forth to get him up and running to deal with the everyone-long line of people waiting for libations. The delay itself wasn't THAT long, but it was off schedule and people were annoyed that there was nothing at all available, even soda or beer whilst the scramble was happening.The 7:00 dinner was also pushed later and service was unique as the servers carry plated meals from the kitchen all the way to the tables two at a time, some servers were able to carry three plates each. It created a bottleneck in service in that by the time the last plate was dropped the first served were long done their course. Plates were dropped from both left and right, confusing some guests as to which way to lean, not the end of the world.The food was okay. Portion size varied wildly though. Most of the people at the table struggled with the meat as it still had some fight left in it and required some surgical intervention on our part to navigate the gristle and fat.The music was LOUD. The speeches were LOUDER, many guests covered their ears through parts. Lights were left at full brightness throughout dinner. Conversing during service was all but impossible with the volume of SOOTHING DINNER MUSIC BLARING throughout. It's a shame the dj didn't read the room and see that everyone was struggling to communicate the entire time. Someone then struggled with the lights for a solid five minutes after dessert dropped. Off, on, dimming, on, off, dimming, on, off... You get the picture. I joked that they were trying to get rid of us early.As soon as coffee service was complete- the servers began collecting, stacking, and removing chairs with nobody in them. Two guests at our table got up to go speak with friends at another table and came back to no chairs. My fiance had his arm over the back of his chair and it was smashed by a passing stack of chairs as they were being removed. This was at 9:30 when dancing was happening so it wasn't like we were closing the place down. I wouldn't be happy if this were my event and servers were weaving around taking chairs as soon as they appear empty that early in the evening. It sends a clear message- here's your hat

The staff were very helpful, nice, professional, friendly and very pleasant. Clean environment and we had access to the hall for decoration ontime.I will recommend this location/ venue to anyone.Can't wait to have another event there again.

Location for many parish events. Most recent event was well organized by a timely and competent staff. Amazing food and great service. Great space for more intimate gatherings.

Booking the Sweet 16 event with Laura was very easy thanks to her experience and care. Required options were available including sufficient food, snack options and drinks. Staff went over and above to ensure timely service throughout the night and was available for any issues or concerns. Hall was made available early enough to decorate and prepare. Facilities and ammenities were clean and temperature was perfect. Again special thanks to Janet, Linda, Tina and our little Albanian friend who makes great expresso :).

Words cannot describe how thankful we are to Joe, Nick & Sabrina and the staff at Caesars for making our Wedding such a memorable experience.From the very beginning, when we met you - each went over and beyond to make things happen. Every step of the way, you and your team were friendly, professional and just down to earth. If we asked you would work with us to make it happen.My Family and friends were so impressed with our reception, the food was excellent, the space was awesome, the wait staff superb. Everything I envisioned was brought to life that night. Once the formalities were complete we danced the night away - this is a something we will never forget.Thank you Nick, Joe and Sabrina - we are indebted to you for all the work that you put in to make our wedding a highlight for our life.

I had a joint birthday party hosted here a couple months ago and just recently went to a bridal shower. The management and staff are amazing and helpful. The food and drinks were delicious and they keep the washrooms very clean and tidy throughout your event. Thank you Ceasars, I will deffinitly be back for more events!

We had our daughters baptism at Caesar’s Centre May 2023 and it was better then I could of hoped for. From the start working with Laura on our menu, dates and table seating was a breeze and so well organized. The day of the set up was beautiful the hall and staff were phenomenal and the food was even better. All my guests complimented on how nice the staff was and delicious the food was. Thank you for making our event so wonderful and going the extra mile.Felicia A

Absolutely horrendous service. I was a guest at an event recently and I have been here prior for a bridal shower just last year. I am not sure what has changed but management and staff seemed very inexperienced and disorganized. They served plates holding 2-3 plates at a time and by time we got our meal, dinner had been going on for a while. When I came here last year the service was amazing, complete 180 from what it was today. What really upsets me is I have recommended this hall to my family and friends and quickly diverted them to other venues after my recent attendance. They used to be better...
