I went over yesterday to send money by western Union and i was served by M.J. He was very courteous, professional and fast. He got everything done in 3 minutes. He was also apologetic why its taking so long . I tought it was quick and efficient service. He was firendly, greeted me as soon as i came in made eye contact. Great guy! If i had a company i would hire him

Just went there this evening for a Western Union service and the available agent served me with attitude and a slice of unprofessionalism to go along with it. I left and got better service at the Cash Money still along Hazeldean Road. Seems that there are many other good reviews and I just wasn't in luck to get one of the good agents :-(. Wishing others a better experience but just thought it relevant to share my experience!

I went to Money Mart located at 501 Hazeldean Rd, Kanata,Ont, today April 03rd at 2:35. I waited 20 minutes, I don't mind waiting at all.I went to this location for a Western Union Transfer( this is the only service I use with this company), the manager was not able to find the city in her system, I have never had a problem before. The Manager was RUDE and condescending. I explain to her that I have sent multiple transfer to the same city before. She then turned around and said “maybe you should go to that location where you sent it before” She then moved to the next window and asked the next client to come forward. I was beyond surprised, so I asked her what the problem was, her replied was Once you know where you are sending the money I will help you
