There is always busy due to excellent customer service. In my opinion it worth it to wait to receive the best service.Besides the Ups service, they do print, fax and some small sections for necessary stationery to buy. The gentleman who is running the store is so patient and kind.Highly recommend it.

There is a wonderful young woman that works here. I have been the recipient of her AMAZING customer service! I know that her name starts with an S ?? I'll edit this review and add it ! My packages arrive as promised always in a timely manner.Since discovering this location and the stellar service. I refuse to use Canada Post office except for stamps.!!Thanks

Management decided to put a Min $3 Charge" for Credit Card use and taxed me $0.25 for using my card. I explained this is against their contract and they can't do this as it discourages credit card use. No manager was on

I paid overnight express shipping and was told my package would make it to destination by next day, the package ended up being held for 28 days and I received no help or assistance from UPS store after calling, emailing and visiting store in person several times even though the main reason for the delay is that they forgot to include paperwork. I had to waste my own time calling UPS every single day at least 3 times where additionally no one could help me or give a reason why my package was not moving and ended up finally receiving the package back a month later. I received package back and shipped with fedex and it arrived at location in less than 24 hours. Would never recommend!

I rarely leave reviews but this one needs some feedback. Very disorganized and unprofessional. Lost packages there (to send and to receive) 3 times over years. Staff is usually untrained or don’t care. Never seen anything like it. Unfortunately, it’s the closest store to my location and I’m terrified every time something is delivered there. How is this even an approved UPS store?!?

If I could give 0 starts I would do it, one of the worst experiences in my life, both the store and UPS, I went there last Monday to send some urgen documents, I was told and CHARGE for the expedited service, the lady told me that it would be in the destination on Wednesday, proceed to charge but didn’t give me the tracking number, told me that since there was a lot of people she was going to process it later, so I left trusting the sore and this young lady, so Wednesday arrived and no package it was delay because the Ing or atino the store put was incomplete, I called the store but nobody was willing to help me, I spoke to the manager and he told me that he was going to take care of it and call me back, which never happens, I spend several hours on the phone with UPS but the answers was “just wait”…. So after a complete week the documents finally arrived, so they charge me for a service they are not even close to do, this is my las time using UPS, and for sure I will never go back to this store. So if you want a currier service DONT use this location, they are going to over charge you and waste your time.

Service used to be good, but a few months ago it started declining. The employees are annoyed when I ask for tracking number. Now my documents are stuck in the warehouse and they just say there is nothing they can do, they are not responsible and don't know what is happening. I agree with comments from other customers, this is very disorganized and not the good service they used to have.

THIS REVIEW IS A REFLECTION OF THE COMPANY NOT THE LOCATION. LOCATION IS A 5 STARI made sure to have my package submitted before the daily send out cut off time, paid extra for a Monday delivery, only to have them ship it to Winnipeg (the actual delivery city) and then proceed to send it to Montreal. They still had almost a whole business day to correct their error, and they were completely unapologetic that they were at fault and had no desire to do anything to rectify the situation. Not the first time this has happened to me with UPS. The one person that tried in any way was Sukh, the representative in store at the location I dropped off the package. Her call center colleagues were just as dismissive and unhelpful with her, butshe was patient, kindand persistent in her efforts to help in trying to figure out HOW to get it there on time...not if, but how. Her efforts alone are the only thing that made this delivery happen. The store and it's employees continually provide outstanding service, but as soon as a package leaves the store, the rest of the delivery service and company departments along with it are unreliable, unapologetic, and a prime example of what total disregard for customers looks like. It's a shame that the individual location is being utterly let down by the rest of the company.

The UPS staff person Harmeen was extremely slow. She let people cut in line ahead of others for no reason and was moving at a snail's pace even though there were six people in line. She kept making mistakes with people wanting passport photos.
