They use Purolator for delivery.Literally the WORST shipping company on earth.Purolator is the GUARANTEE that you will not receive your package.I love Dell France, I am a loyal customer.But I hate Dell Canada. I don't trust them.

Unbelievable customer care! Just wanted to change the PAD banking information. Cannot get through their multiple menu choices and when I finally talked to someone they couldn't find my Client # or Invoice #. Tried again and have given up.Was able to email with my trouble using their website to update the info and I received a “canned” response back and then they closed the case without any input from me! I'm sure they will contact us when their next payment does not go through!

I paid for Premium Support Plus when I bought this laptop. I've only asked for support twice for minor problems. Each time I was advised to read a web page so i can perform the repair myself. So why did I pay over $400.00 for a service that doesn't give me any service. I've had Dell computers since 2010. The next lap top will not be a Dell.

Dell G15 gaming laptop, is excessively heavy to carry around, and it also tends to heat up quickly after a short period of use. Furthermore, there seems to be an issue with restarting the laptop from sleep mode. The customer service for returns is based in India, but their responses are unsatisfactory and lack flexibility. Dell is no longer manufactured or supported in the US; instead, it originates from India, making the troubleshooting process challenging. Overall, I am dissatisfied with Dell after purchasing two products. In the past, Dell was known for being a reputable company, but now they offer poor quality products at high prices, coupled with subpar customer serviceI don’t recommend it to anyone!The delivery for this laptop was on may9th and I contacted to return on June 5th. Not accepted and very bad customer support from India.The answer of what Dell can do for me , the customer service told me sell it to your friends or in Ebay!!!This is not the answer from a big company to the client!

If I could give negative stars I would, the fact that I even have to give them one star so that I can post this review is disgraceful! It is beyond absurd how challenging DELL makes it to return an order. I spoke with four (4) separate DELL customer care agents about returning one of the three monitors our company ordered. Upon asking who I was speaking with, three (3) of them abruptly disconnected me, the fourth transferred me to their business customer care where the agent who answered this call rudely hung up on me once again upon asking their name. We sent a contact us request regarding our return, received an email with a case number, I replied to the email with all the necessary information and documentation .... nothing. We will NEVER, EVER, buy from DELL again!

I bought a Dell laptop 2 years ago and have nothing but problems. It was always super slow.The sound (for Zoom) did not work. No matter how many times it was serviced, it was always slow. At least 10 minutes to start up. I have had 2 Dell computers before this and was very happy. I assume I got a lemon but Dell was not helpful. I would not recommend Dell.

I will never purchase a Dell product again! I called regarding a warranty on a Dell item for exchange or replacement. Through the process, I was transferred over 20 times and spent three hours on the phone before finally giving up! There is a broken customer service process for this company to help its customers. Therefore, I suggest you not be one, as they do not care about recurring business, only the initial purchase.

I wish there would be any option of rating zero stars. I bought my Dell G15 5511 laptop in December 2021. In first year, I had many software related issues such BIOS update error but were covered in warranty without cost. But today I called customer service because after keeping on sleep mode for 1hour it was not turning on. They really have a bug with restarting from Sleep mode. They said as no light indicator are working so there is some hardware component failure. As it just had 12 month of warranty, I need to pay CAD$72 shipping charges, 65$ technician charges, 100$-150$ for spare part and if it is motherboard problem then 550$ for new motherboard. In general, it is very unreliable laptop nowadays because my previous Dell laptop worked for 7 year without any issue. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON UNRELIABLE AND SHORT-LIFED DELL DEVICES. They will earn more in additional service cost because they don't have any authorised/official service centre of there own and compulsory needs to be shipped. It was really a bad choice to buy Dell G series laptop.

Very bad service. The touchpad didn’t work when we bought in January. After so many back and forth calls with the technicians and hundreds of tests later, they changed the keyboard of a brand new laptop leaving it to be refurbished one (even though we bought it brand new). Then the technician damaged the port of entry of HDMI cable and we called back to ask to look into the solution. They said it would cost us to replace now. How are we suppose to pay for a damage owned by their technician? This service and attitude was completely unacceptable. I recommend everyone not to buy Dell products because they lack the quality, reliability and services. This entire situation has consumed so much of our time and energy which at the end was for no good.
