Went to this clinic for a colonoscopy. My appt was scheduled for 12:30pm, but was only taken after 2pm. Their policy is if you cancel, they charge you $200, don't arrive early, don't arrive late, but it's OK to leave you sitting there for over 90 minutes.They charge you the full amount of the procedure the day you make the appt, but do not provide a receipt. Nor do they give you a receipt the day of your procedure. Prepare to wait a week for it. So, if you're hoping to claim on your insurance right away, it's not going to happen. Lastly, they offer to pay for parking, however they provide younwith no instructions. The receptionist stamps it, but does not validate it. Apparently, you need to find an information booth and have them validate it. I never saw anyone and upon exitingbwas charged $25. The clinic refused to compensate me even though they admitted that their personnel lacked adequate training.I will never return to this clinic.

J’ai fait confiance au Dr. Gagner pour une chirurgie Bariatrique en Septembre 2016. Sans sous-estimé la procédure, tous dans l’équipe m’ont offert un service professionnel. Ils ont étés à l’écoute et ont répondus à tous mes besoins et questions. Après 14 mois je peux dire que la réussite à dépassé mes attentes. Merci, Dr Gagner.

Dr. Gagner is an excellent surgeon and an amazing human being. His team is wonderful and I highly recommend him if you are considering Bariatric surgery. You will be in great hands. I could never thank Dr. Gagner enough for saving me from obesity!

Just close your eyes and go in the clinic with total confident . You will be in the hand of angles. Super knowledgeable surgeon, super caring and friendly staff, very clean place, very reasonable prices. I wish I could give more than 5 starts. Thanks Dr. garner and staff.
