Went to Open Road Toyota, and test drove a Highlander, assisted by rep Tommy Ma. Such a great experience, where he really took the time to detail how this vehicle was different from others in it's class. We're testing out a few other vehicles, but I know that if it comes down to the Toyota that we'll be treated well by him for the negotiating. Thanks again for a great experience!

No appointment and they got me in right away near the end of the day, I stopped by after work. I needed a headlight bulb replaced in my 2006 Mazda 5.Great service and very friendly staff. Good waiting room with tasty coffee.

I have been going for my car service at this location since 2010 and usually have been happy. During my last visit, they were closing and I had to get the brakes done. The advisor and mechanic stayed a bit late to make sure the work is done and the car is safe.

The best dealership in Metro Vancouver period. All the sales people are very good and actually honest, no pushing around and their auto shop is great too. They have always treated me and so many my friends great. I fully recommend this place for any car needs.
