Scottie's RV & Campground

The RV park was completely full (and we were travelling without reservations) so we didn’t get a chance to stay, but the friendly lady at the check-in office called to other Rv parks in the area to find us another place to park our camper for the night! Thank you so very much!

Beautiful place!!! Very clean. Pretty flowers, gardens and beautiful trees. For a camper, after 25 days on the road, the piece de resistance was the fabulous ladies bathroom! I had a long good shower and could wash and do my very unruly hair. I feel human and happy today. Thank you to the owners!!!❤️

One of the best campgrounds we've ever stayed in. It's so nicely treed, the grounds are so well kept, the washrooms clean & tidy and it's amazingly quiet for being right in town. Would definitely recommend you try Scottie's RV park!

Signage is adequate although we looked for the Kokanee Beer Brewery which is located right across the street from the park.. Check in was efficient and friendly. The rules are fairly basic. The interior roads are a mixture of paved and gravel and in good condition.Our site, 15, was a back in that was just long enough for our Coach and Towed. Services (30 amp, water sewer and cable) were to the left side. Distancing is close but normal for an urban park. Some sites had a vegetation privacy barrier. Each site has a table but NO fire pit. Our site was flat and even. Overall the park was nicely manicured. Lots of mature trees for shade.The park included wifi worked not bad early in the morning or late at night. Obviously not powerful enough to handle during the day traffic. Our 5G hot spot worked very well. The cable TV required the use of e rental box at $4.00/day. We find the setup to be a hassle so not worth the effort.. We did not find any OTA channels. Satellite might be difficult because of the trees. We did not use the washrooms or showers but we checked and found them clean.There are no restaurants or stores within easy walking distance but just a short drive away you can find food, shopping and convenience stores. We found this park to be an okay overnighter but make sure you are ready for the hoards of mosquitoes!! We paid $48.00 per night (inc tax) and we feel we received fair value. We will be back if in the area again.

Friendly staff, nice little campground. Clean bathrooms and showers! Wi-fi was great. Easy to access and good location! Very private and didn't feel like we were camping in the middle of town.

Hidden gem. Engaging host, clean, sites level and not too close to one another. Pretty gardens, green space to walk your dogs.

A very pleasant stop along the Selkirk Loop scenic route. Mature trees, good wi-fi, and older, but clean and nicely decorated, rest rooms. The owners were helpful and welcoming. There is a brewery tour just across the street.

Great RV park in Creston, BC. Quiet, well-maintained. The manager was friendly and helpful. Free showers and clean washrooms. A nice place to stay. For beer lovers, the park is across the street from Columbia Brewery, makers of Kokanee beer. They have tours.

Cleanest campground bathroom and friendly camp host. We tented here for a night on our way through the Kootenays. The sites were under a nice tree canopy and away from the main road. Although we heard a train whistle once around 10pm there were no other sleep disturbances during the night. We woke up well rested.

We have camped here twice, and we have never been disappointed. The campsites are a good size, the campground is quiet, it's very pretty with the trees and flowers. The owners are very friendly, the bathrooms are kept very clean, laundry facilities are great and campsites are reasonably priced. I highly recommend this campground.
