Terrible customer service! Waited at the paint department and nobody sowed after 5 minutes then went to the service desk, was at the counter with 3 employees behind the glass, no one took the time to acknowledge me or ask if I needed help, waited another 5 minutes while the talked together, still no service, I left and will not be back. I have spent thou$and$ here but no more. I live close enough to the BMR in Huberdeau!

Like an oasis in the middle of the desert, this hardware store is a life saver for anyone with a house nearby. Whereas staff in other big box reno centers will usually try to develop clever ways of avoiding customers, here the staff will eagerly want to serve you and help you resolve your problems. They have a solution to just about anything you can come up with and their prices are reasonable. They also deliver. Their only drawback is their opening hours; you want to verify that before starting your trip.
