Horrible and corrupt company, imagine charging healthcare workers to park at the hospital they work at and then when they don’t pay for the parking one time they tow there car. Heartless company

Zero starI made a mistake entering my licence plate in the PayByPhone App; entered P instead of R for the first letter and paid fairs in full on time. Robbins fines me for $21 instead of $65 as a one-time courtesy"! The original fare was $17. Samara the customer service manager sent me an email saying that because I contacted them after 7 days appeal time

They charge for parking at hospitals, schools, the only parking lot remotely close to my work. They are a truly awful company that preys on the working class, students, and anyone that has a car. I even got a ticket when I paid and had to wait 30 minutes just to get it dismissed

My wife picked me from Glo restaurant. They fined her $36. Btw my wife is disabled and terminal. No one else got a ticket. My wife's car was the only one with an american plate. This will be brought to the city's attention. Private company or not price gouging is unacceptable. Especially to disabled person who might have just left your car for an extra 10 minutes because she can't stand up with blacking out. Her disability plaque was visible. The company needs to be held accountable...$80 is a speeding ticket. Not a parking fine.

Zero stars. We got a ticket from them for $75 after we had paid via the app signage in the garage to park for 2 hours and we were parked for less than 1.5 hours when we returned to find the ticket. Attempted to dispute it to the email on the ticket... No response. Attempted to call the phone number about 10 times and it would go straight to a voicemail that was full so you couldn't leave a message. Then we get a letter saying they will send it to collections in 10 days, but they have our address but the prior owners name, so they would likely send the prior owner to collections. we made more attempts to contact them and finally just paid the ticket. We then submittedd a claim to the Better Business Bureau and they made numerous attempts to contact them and they also got NO response whatsoever. Seems like a fraudulent company that gives you no way to dispute a ticket and then just threatens you with collections. Avoid their lots at all costs.

This service is terrible and very predatory for the unsuspecting. Like other reviews I've read prior to writing this one, I got ticketed sometime after I was told by a worker from this company to pay online because I could not spot a meter. He pointed me to the signage which said what to do. Had to install the Honkmobile app, sign-up and and got online payment done before stepping away from the lot. Came back and found a ticket! That individual didn't even want to give me the time of day or try to refresh his app apparently. The lot was hardly active.Went to go dispute it but the office was closed at 4pm which makes me suspect I was unfairly targeted, since I can't present the app to the office crew that I still had time left in a ticket accusing me that I didn't pay!Update: got it appealed, and was told the staff employed for patrol is farmed out to another company. Still sad, but I'm definitely not using any lot managed by Robbins that doesn't have a meter for the simple reason those patrol persons are very predatory, looking to fill quotas than to give drivers (he saw me standing close to my car) the benifit of the doubt.

Yep, I received a parking ticket. After deciding I’d rather pay less than more (pay the fine early), I made my way down to the office on Fort to pay in person. I was greeted at the door by a very pleasant customer service representative, ushered to the front desk and after a minute or two, walked out with the fine paid. Yes receiving the ticket sucked, but at least the staff were extremely pleasant to deal with.

Never seen a ticket on my windshield from them. One day randomly received a letter demanding 80$ for parking over 2 hours at a grocery store parking lot, with the deadline being less than a week from when I received the letter.

Very helpful and friendly and they provide reasonable rates for parking. Customer service at the office on Fort Street is A1. Five stars for Robin's parking.
