I don't remember the name of the front desk person I talked to, but she made the whole experience easy. It turned out my stove was too old to simply be fixed, but she offered solutions so fast and efficiently, I will 100% call them again if I need anything! Oh, and I can't forget Tony who brought me a new stove! The two of them made everything great !

Julie is my hero! I had an issue with my oven element today, and Julie helped me understand the issue better, and also gave me approximate pricing for parts and service, and even tips on how I could repair it myself if I was up to it. I did not realize it was actually a simple fix, and she could easily have pushed me toward a service call and big bill I didn’t need. I really appreciated the professionalism, expertise, and honest business practice. If I need appliance repairs in the future, this will be the first place I call. I was able to get the part locally and fix my oven myself the same day. Thank you!

If you need appliance repair in Kelowna, Tony Alves is awesome. He inexpensively fixed our dishwasher and our fridge. Then five years later he fixed our same fridge again, saving us twice from buying a new one. We really appreciate his prompt and friendly service and that he really knows what he is doing.

Called about a dryer repair and spoke with Julie. She fit us right into the schedule and was super knowledgeable. Daniel did our servicing and was very good, even taking pictures of the issues so we could have a proper visual. Highly recommend and very happy with the service!

Cannot say enough about what a positive experience with this company we had!!!Our refrigerator ice machine failed.We contacted them, and Had the problem diagnosed, parts ordered and replaced ASAP.From minute of booking with Julie who was lovely, until the time Tony left,He was prompt, organized, efficient, knowledgeable and the communication was excellent!! ( difficult to find these days)Highly recommend, we will be lifetime clients!! Thanks Julie and Tony!!!!
