I called and he gave me a quote over the phone and then said he would be over in an hour to measure. He did come over and measure when he said he would and then said he would be back in two days with the replacement glass and he was. Vijay was very polite and professional and the work he did was excellent! Always nice to deal with someone that is so good at their trade and and takes pride in their work. Pleasure dealing with Vijay, thank you.

Totally unreliable, made 3 appointments after agreeing with a quote, no show and no apologies. Glad I didn't go ahead as I cannot get in touch with them anymore. Just imagine if I had an issue with the work!!

Absolutely stay away from this company and the owner Vijay. He is rude and unprofessional. He keep sending you different cheap prices but never show up and waste days and weeks of your time. Read all reviews, same issue.

Called today to have basement window fixed. Came quickly and fixed within a few hours at exact cost he quoted and right on time. Highly recommend!

Terrible! Called them to ask about new window installation and a guy said he will call me back after 10 mins. LAME, answer is YES or NO.

Called Vijay to replace two window panes that were getting foggy. He came the same day to take the measurements and was willing to replace the week after. He was clean, fast, reasonably priced, and guaranteed the windows if they fail.

Excellent service -called few places but J&R Windows was the only one who over phone figure out what the issue was, gave me a quote, and time of arrival. showed up on time and job was done in an hour. Job well done.

I have called several places to replace a couple of broken windows in our house. Another company made an appt. to come and measure but never showed up or caledl. I decided to seach on the web and call J&R. Vijay answered and came to measure my windows within an hour of my phoning. He also quoted me a price hundreds less than multiple other glass places. Vijay is very professional and works very efficiently and precisely. He promised me the windows will be made and installed within 3 business days. I was very impressed since the other company told me there will be a 2 weeks wait for getting the glass ready. Vijay just came today to install the 2 glass windows. He had a helper and they did a fantastic job! We were only charged what he quoted me and he didn't ask to be paid till the end of the job (the other company wanted a deposit from the beginning!). Furthermore, Vijay even did me a favor to remove another window (which I didn't know how to) and waited for me to clean it and he reinstalled them. He went the extra mile- much appreciated. I would highly recommend this window and door company for their good quality work, fantastic customer service and the best price.

This guys were FANTASTIC! Came the very next morning, were polite and professional. I had smashed glass everywhere and they went above and beyond helping me vacuum all my furniture, trying to get it out. Price was very reasonable. Highly recommended and I will definitely keep their card in case I need them again!
