Builder used this company to install 4 10x10 garage doors. Not happy at all and instead of fixing the problem they simply say that's just how they are, live with it. Every door has light seeping on both sides. Snow accumulates at both bottom corners of each door, doors bind in upward and downward travel. Doors are clearly loose and poorly sealed to the point all the wind comes right in causing the garage heaters to run non stop. 2 years later and nothing has been addressed. Completely unprofessional and no pride in workmanship.

Hardline was recommended to us and we are so grateful. This gentleman came within 24 hours and fixed our garage door within minutes but that's not the best part... he is the most friendly and professional man I have met in the service industry in a very long time. He went above and beyond and I highly recommend their service.

Highly recommend Hardline Overhead Doors for new installation or issues with garage doors installed by other companies. I was told by someone to replace the garage motor. It would have cost up to $1000. Gurj throughly checked everything (it was a loose wire). 15 minutes later my garage door was working perfectly.

I wouldn’t recommend this business. A very unprofessional guy who answers the phone. His kids send all the invoices and he has no idea about the quotes. He gave me price on a garage door and convinced me to cancel the order with another vendor since their price was higher. I went ahead and canceled the order with another vendor. When I asked him to honour me the price he gave me and process the order, he simply refused. Really unprofessional and very rude. He doesn’t respond to any messages on his phone as well. I went ahead with equal door and placed an order.

It finished in the time given to us. I hope you will also able to help us to find someone know how to do the work - leveling our garage flooring this year in the next few months. Contracted this company to remove and replace my original doors with new wood grain doors. I couldn't be happier with the way these doors turned out. Fantastic service. Their price was much cheaper than any other garage door company I had gotten a quote from. I would strongly encourage anyone looking to get a new garage door to visit these guys showroom. The selection process was effortless with having the exact door up on display.I will be referring this company to all friends and family. Unproffesional people, they dont know how deal with documentation and if everything screws up, they will blame you saying because you add this and you add that, and start comparing you to other customer, they put the garage door recently the wiring is place andstapled in the ceiling like a pre- schooler! I dont recommend this guys at all!they have secretary but clueless of what shes supposed to do!
