Arrived promptly when requested. Listened and noted the scope of my project, then discussed and suggested ways to improve the project. These suggestions led to savings in time and expenses. Prints were very well done and easy to navigate. I will be using Andrew's services again on upcoming projects.

They do not return phone calls ,when you call you only EVER get a machine, you leave 6 polite messages and you do not get a call back , seriously not user friendly. !! .I sent them plans ON ONE RETURN CALL. They have not answered in weeks,if you want to know whats happening with your plans or if they even received them !! Or even a timeframe ,these are NOT YOUR PEOPLE, YOU ARE UNIMPORTANT AND you DONT DESERVE THE COURTESY OF A RETURN CALL BACK because i guess they are already making enough business being just them .!!I spoke to Remi and sent several emails you cannot say i did not contact you. Maybe the person who checks reviews so quickly could maybe amswer the actual phone !!

When we submitted our building permit application to the township they surprised us with additional ICF engineering requirements. We were concerned we would not be able to start our build on time this spring.Andrew understood our requirements and said he could resolve our issues quickly. Two weeks later the town provided us with our building permit thanks to Andew and Radesh's hard work.It was refreshing working with Andrew due to his professionalism and rapid response time to communications.I highly recommend their services. 5 stars!

I've worked with Andrew on a number of projects. His ingenuity and creativity never cease to amaze me. He has found solutions for the most perplexing problems during a kitchen redesign, recovering the majestic beauty of a 100 year old porch and it-has-to-look-like-its-been-here-forever bathroom renovation. His insights have saved me boot loads of money. I am a hard task master but Andrew has never failed to deliver. I recommend him for any residential renovation or simply consultation to ensure you're on the right track.

They care about the customer. I went to 2 engineering firms with a need to have a report made for Pylex screw piles. I got a quote from the other one but IN Engineering got me into contact with the Pylex engineers to have a report created, no charge. With the commitment to the customer instead of trying to make a quick buck IN Engineering will be my go to for all future engineering needs.

We had roughly 8-9 months to sever our lot and required a planner the city recommended. After a few months we hear back and they confirmed what we already told them and said we would have to higher a planner to do the work. We were confused as our quote says planning and planner all over it we thought we were hiring a planer... I ask for a new quote and get it a few months later and come to find out they have been sending emails to someone else's email hopefully no personal information disclosed. At this time we already paid everything upfront as required and months have passed. We would not have time to sever now. Luckily we were able to get a refund for some of the work not done yet but still ended up paying $1,000 to find out what we basically already knew and we would have to hire a planner. Cost me over $100,000 as I can't sever now because of our timeline and mortgage on the property. After speaking with a someone who does planning the person working on our file isn't even licensed to be a planner... We were mislead.

This business has incredibly poor professional business ethics,hired him to survey a property in town and he went behind my back and made seller offer and bought out from under me

Very disappointing experience. Total failure to listen to our requirements for the addition design. When initially presented with the plan nothing was correct except they remembered the 3 car garage part. Made a small attempt to fix but only along with another demand for $$. Apparently effort is what we are paying for - not results. Would not recommend

It is with regret that I must leave a negative review of this company. My experience has been frustrating and disappointing. Despite waiting patiently for the completion of my permit package, the project was not accomplished on time or within the budget promised to me. The delay and overcharging of both the permit package and drainage plan over the last 3 months have been unacceptable.After reading the reviews of this company, I can see that my experience is not unique. It appears that overcharging clients and delaying projects is a common practice. As a customer, I have already overpaid for the project and it is disheartening to see that the company cannot fulfill its contractual obligations.It is crucial for the government to provide client protection from companies that engage in such practices, and ensure that they are held accountable for their actions. In conclusion, it seems that this company has failed to provide you with the service you expected and I would caution others against doing business with them.
