Kim who cut my hair and owns the salon was superb in terms of personability and efficiency. I asked for a recommendation and she explained what was right for me and went about cutting my hair. She also gave me tips how to style and maintain it.You have to book in advance for priority. They will only do walk-in if they are not busy.I might take my 3 year old girl as well since she said they do kids too.I only did cut and hairstyle and it was $29.40 plus tip. My hair and was quite long and it took about 20 minutes including styling.

Excellent hair cut, decent price and nice staff

So-so place more suitable for seniors but I just needed a quick trim of my dead ends. She flipped my long hair to the front and said ok you should cut off this much of dead hair and just went snip snip right across O.o. Don't expect proper" hair cutting techniques but passable although I'm glad I didn't ask for her to cut more as I will definitely need to grow my hair out and then get it fixed up a bit by a trained hair dresser in a few months. Just plain rough cut a lot of fumbling with the scissors and blow dryer no texturing or thinning out rough thick sections. A lot of reviews read Kim is nice and courteous but the only thing she kept muttering was how much gray hair I had underneath and how dead my ends were. I accidentally dropped my $50 on the floor I wonder if that made her charge me more as it said $35 on their website but my total was $47.50 including tax so I gave them the full $50 and left."

I received the best haircut from this Salon, I truly love how my hair turned out. The place is clean, has ample parking and affordable. My hairdresser is Vy, with almost 4 decades of experience she’s really amazing at what she does. She will give you suggestions on what will look good on you based on the hair texture and the shape of your face. This salon is a gem, thank you Vy for my lovely haircut.

Kim styled my hair with a inverted bob cut. She did a great job. Very friendly and a cozy little shop. Very handy right on Cambie and near train or bus. My new go to. Very reasonable as well!

My stylist Sharon moved here recently.Very centrally located in oakridge area.Nice Bright location.The owner Kim is terrific too: she does Men and Woman's styles.Local gem for sure. Plus free parking.

My go-to place for mens haircuts. Also for my 3 kids as well. Need to make a reservation in COVID times and they do get busy during typical times, but are very likely to try to fit you in if you call ahead. They are personable and talkative, and know hair! They have been the same stylists for the past 30 years! They have their regular clientele and welcome new clients all the time. Always comfortable, and quick and stylin! Value for money is excellent.
