DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. Absolutely terrible. Ordered a driveshaft for my car on May 3rd, tracking number showed it was picked up, then on the 5th the tracking number disappeared from the system. Called Puro and they said not to worry.Fast forward to the 10th and the Puro driver shows up carrying a 18 segment of the box (should be about 4.5 feet long). The box sleeves together with the lower portion containing the driveshaft

I recently ordered parts from this company and was extremely disappointed to find that I received used parts, not once, but twice!I ordered a part and it was delivered used, I returned it and they sent me an used part again. I had a bad experience with them before as well. A few months back I ordered a part and received something different which was made of a completely different material, but still ordered for the second time which I can say was a flub. This is unacceptable and showed a clear lack of attention to detail and disregard for customer satisfaction. I would not recommend doing business with this company and would never order from or use them again!

Parts arrived one day ahead of expected arrival date. Price was great, website easy to order and easy to deal with!

I returned an item because it didn’t fit my car and they won’t refund my money. I’ve been told twice 3-5 days and it’s been 7. I’d give zero stars if it was an option. The part that came for my car didn’t fit. I returned the part and am now getting the run around to get my refund. It’s been 7 business days and still no refund. Stay away from these guys. Once they get your money they will keep it for good.Date of experience: June 20, 2023

There was the time to maintain my Highlander. Ordered couple parts. Delivery was pretty fast, much faster than estimated. Price is great, free delivery. I've ordered parts for multiple vehicles from the website and have been very happy. Parts are always lower priced than anywhere else I check. Free shipping on orders over a certain price is very nice. Only downfall is returning parts for core, the shipping is often more than the core value. But that's not at the fault of this seller and won't reflect in my 5 star rating! Will order from here again!

Excellent shipping service. Purolator does not deliver to our farm address, however, so packages must be picked up by the customer in the nearest town. The Purolator agency in town also provides great service, so this isn’t a hardship.

It was easy to find all the parts on the website, package arrived in perfect condition. Parts are as described, nothing to complain about. Fits perfectly, no adjustments made on the car. Communication is awesome

Terrible Experience with PartsAvatar's Return ProcessI recently had the misfortune of dealing with PartsAvatar when I needed to return a defective item. Unfortunately, my experience was nothing short of a nightmare. I had to endure a significant delay in receiving the shipping label; Understanding that they might not send the return label, I decided to mail it out, paying $25.38 for regular shipping fees in Canada Post ( The item is around 0.8 kg). After that, They sent me the label after I had already mailed it out.It seemed it needed tons of meetings and higher approval to return the $70 price part received defective.The customer service I received throughout this ordeal was appalling. While I did receive polite and friendly emails from PartsAvatar, their actions spoke louder than words. It took them nearly a week to contact me with a shipping label after I had already sent it from my money, causing unnecessary frustration and inconvenience.I urge potential customers to exercise extreme caution when considering purchasing from PartsAvatar. Their lacklustre return process, delayed response times, and unwillingness to take responsibility for their mistakes highlight an apparent disregard for customer satisfaction.In conclusion, my experience with PartsAvatar was nothing short of a disappointment. Sharing my encounter saves other customers from similar frustrations and inconveniences.

Ordered front rotors for a 2006 Ford F150 XLT 5.4L 3v v8 due to Ford not making the parts anymore. Arrived faster than expected, worked perfectly.
