I was extremely happy with the advice Laura provided over the phone about multiple complex tax questions. She provided expert advice on rental property taxes. She explained the concept of CCA and Recapture Rate so that I would understand how to file my taxes correctly. From providing details on how to calculate the UCC which is then used to determine the amount of yearly CCA. She also went out of her way and pulled information regarding the new CRA rules under section 45.3 which describes the three conditions a primary residence would be exempt from capital gains.
