VIRGO NAIL SPA

I got my nails done last week and one nail broke so i called them yesterday for today and they told me there would be no charge. But since it was 8 days today they charged me 7$ for one nail even though they told me yesterday it was fine. They also didn’t have my colour match so i had to choose a colour closest to the rest of my nails or else one nail would be completely off. Really disappointed since it has only been a week and this has never happened to me before.

Always love the service I get at this salon. Everyone is so nice and friendly, there is huge selection of colors and it's so clean. I enjoy the massage chairs. Thanks to Juliana and Dina !

Rushing to do my nails.. telling mebio gel and uv gel was the same thing and she was VERY aggressive with my handsi told her i had an injury on my finger a couple years ago and for her to take her time and be gentle and they were just rude yelling at me saying they don't have bio gel here after the fact they put uv gel on my nails.. she grabbing my hand after me telling her multiple times my hand was injuredand also i never threw down any money thats a complete lie.I dont have the energy to do so i wasnt swearing either its unfortunate that u have to lie to seem like you guys were being professionalwhen you were not because i still paid the 55$ with no color !!!and you telling me its bio gel when it was uv gel and one top of it shes one filled half of my nail didnt even fill my whole entire naili had to tell her to fill them.Im not even from Vancouver.And i feel like because they are a lil racist as well saying i made a fuss out of the salon when she was the only one yelling at me , and my nice friend can confirm this too.I literally told her just put a clear coat and ill leave i felt very uncomfortablethey kept trying to tell me byebecause they seen me disappointed and they were rushing for a 2pm apt that never even came. I felt very disrespected and disappointed my worst experience everStay from AWAY from your the same skin tone as me. My friend isnt the same skin tone as me thats why they are saying “ my nice friend” i was being polite the entire time .. disgusting

I came in to see Julia by recommendation! I had let her know that I have very sensitive nails due to a painful removal of acrylic nails at a different salon. Julia took care of me the entire appointment during the removal process & before applying more shellac. she gave me advice on what to do in the future that may help strengthen my nails. She also gave me the perfect shape, she’s also really good at the massage. I highly recommend Julia to any of my close friends or family. I am so happy with the results. Thank you :))

Julia does an expert job with my nails. She is always friendly & happy to help choose options for nail colour. Julia does a wonderful job with providing detailed care and attention with my nail care. If you're looking for a new nail salon on Main St. this is the only nail salon I'd go to on Main St. Price is average, and the service is great! I had one girl work on Shellac Pedi, and a 2nd girl to work on regular polish pedi (for time efficiency, right?)The girl I had used an automatic nail filer for pedi. Shellac stays on longer. If you don't like the auto nail filer (ex. you feel your nail beds are super sensitive), remember to ask for a manual nail filer.As mentioned on their website, an orange peel is used with a body scrub for your legs. It was a first for me (I've been to a lot of different nail salons) and what an amazing combo!

Been going to see Amy since 2019 and will definitely not be stopping any time soon! She’s always been so friendly and can bring my wildest imagination to life. I get so many compliments about my nails and I always recommend her.

Virgo nails is the best spot in Vancouver. They last and do such a good job. The staff is so sweet and talkative. Ivy did this set for me and am so happy with how it turned out. Definitely request ivy when you book an appointment!

Went for jelly nails and a pedi. Both women were really kind and meticulous. I like the atmosphere, it’s relaxed and they play asmr vids. Really happy and will return even though I don’t live in the area.
