Sebastian at Foundation Fix was the only one to respond quickly to my queries about an estimate for basement crack repair. He went out of his way to accommodate my short notice and took the time to explain everything with pictures and comparisons. He has that personal touch that's hard to find and he was incredibly responsive in terms of timelines. Hardworking and trustworthy. I ended up selling my house before the work had to be done, but I was so grateful that he was there to do the job for a reasonable price. Thanks again, Sebastian!!

On February 9, 2023 I reached out to Foundation Fix and he told me that he and his wife were in Florida for a vacation, that they hadn't had in a couple of years. Said he would be back on February 26, 2023 and I wished him a happy holiday. On Friday, February 17, 2023 I received a call from him and he had returned early from his vacation. Wanted to come today and it was arranged for 3:00 PM and I gave him my address and I waited and waited and now it is 5:55 PM and he never showed up, never called, and I don't understand why he bothered calling, setting up an appointment and NEVER showed up. It doesn't surprise me, since moving her, we have had contact with Housing Cleaners, Landscapers etc., and find that people are unreliable in the Beamsville, Ontario area. Only reliable people are Professional Electricians, Plumbers etc., they always show up. Give a pass to this flake!!

We had Andrew come out to provide a quote for basement waterproofing after we had seepage into our basement from cracks in our foundation. His pricing was in line with other companies that provided us quotes and he was very knowledgable about the entire process. His crew worked diligently throughout the process. They showed up on time each day and provided excellent communication throughout the process. Andrew was also available to answer any questions along the way. Andrew and his team were fantastic! So happy with the prompt service and communication throughout the entire process.
