Extremely overpriced items throughout the entire store, when compared to other grocery stores, every single item is more expensive, for no reason.Customer service is basically non-existant, if you do have an issue, be ready to wait a while.Food pickup is atrocious, there are always missing items from my orders, often times they will say something is not in stock, I’ll then go into the store and find it myself.They have record profits year over year, and we get a progressively worse service at a more expensive price.

I buy groceries here quite frequently as I live in the downtown area thus fairly close. Shelves are usually stocked adequately, and staff are pretty friendly. The past few years stores have been a bit hard in terms of pricing and some inventory, so I do find myself finding cheaper prices elsewhere, but overall I like this place!

Small but very reliable and productive. Usually opens even through black outs and holidays. And yes it sells beer. Lots and lots of students discounts

Large grocery store with a good variety of options, in downtown Ottawa. Very convenient. Underground parking available, which is a great bonus in an area with limited parking. Staff here are a disaster: overcharging, unhelpful attitude, bizarrely incapable of using their point of sale system, and when they make a mistake they will shrug and tell you to take it up with customer service, which is normally understaffed. About 50% of my trips, I need to go to customer service to correct an error in my receipt. Come here for the convenience, but use the self check out if possible or be prepared for frustration. I try to shop here as little as possible because it stresses me out.

They do no taxes on buying gift cards that's a bonus except pre paid MasterCard's and Visa's those cost $7.00 to set up at the cash has a activation fee. But Apple, Google play, Amazon & all the others are equal to what you pay cash or debit comes straight onto the gift card so a $10.00 Everything Apple cards are only $10.00 cash to purchase no taxes included. A little food for thought and why most people don't buy gift cards is they think it cost more then what you get on the card itself. Not true for 98% of the selection there on display. And if you pay debit the cashier can put a 24-48hours hold on the funds to give it time to settle. I suggest payment in cash. Keep receipts. And you can add gift cards to defi wallets and use your gift cards to buy anything once you learn the exchange rates on select brands crypto currency platform. Even use everything Apple to buy car gas at a station with a defi wallet and the right providers of currency exchange. My wife pays everything with her defi. Way of the future dooods. Thanks ttyl

Really nice store and conveniently located. The selection is pretty ample, but there’s still some products like organic and health foods that are not available or out of stock. The employee at the cash (Noemi) was very unpleasant to deal with and rude to customers both in front of me and to me when it was my turn

Grocery with a great selection of goods. I like the deals. The blue ribbon President's Choice burgers taste so good. Love the sausages as well. Lots of parking in the basement and very close to the University.

Clean and well organized store. Prices are reaching a criminal limit but it’s like that everywhere. You’d think a major corporation would do their part and run more sales. Security is a joke. Always on their phones and never paying attention. Maybe their salaries would be better put to use on the community

The staff couldn’t be nicer, it was a wonderful experience considering it’s very close to work. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who is hungry. Fantastic prices and even better service. Oh and the cookie aisle isn’t too bad as well, can’t complain.
