Sureflow Weeping Tile

Booked service and company did not show up on scheduled date. Called to find reason and had owner tell me he would check the schedule and then hung up on me. Called back and owner again said the same thing and hung up on me again. Called the next day and spoke with admin who re-booked service for following day. Again no show by company. Company refused to take my calls. No explanation, no return call, no show. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY IF YOU VALUE YOUR TIME.

Used sureflow on a new build. Was very happy with install. They didnt cheap put on washrock or waterproofing membrane. Highly recommend.

Have no clue what they are doing, asked for a quote then ask to scheduled a date a few times. Said will call back but never did. Never respond to our email. Will not recommend or used ever

One of their trucks shot two big rocks onto my windshield while driving on white mud. I tried to get him to pull over and he wouldn’t. Had to stop directly in front of him. When asked for insurance and license he refused. Gave the owner a chance to contact me and he did not. Totally screwed my windshield.Good luck to your company. Gov of Alberta is on the case now.Would have been simple to pay for my windshield. Gonna cost their company way more now.Danger to the people on the road. Lucky I am an experienced driver or it could have been way worse.If you can’t operate within the laws stay off the road.

When I visited this company it was very difficult for me to communiate with the people working at this establishment and I was made to feel that I was a lesser person for not speaking the language of there choice. Do not recomend this company. I called them for a quote and then emailed with the information as requested. Even attended their office and spoke with a worker hoping someone would come out to give me a quote. No response even after four days. What a waste of time.

Reckless drivers, almost causing an accident. If you're in a left only lane, maybe take the left instead of putting everyone else in danger and pushing everyone out of your way so you can go straight. It's against the law what you did, selfish reckless and immature. Grow up. I have dash cam footage and will be sending it into the sherwood police service.
