Had a fabulous experience dealing with Edgar today. He was super helpful, patient and was great to deal with. I will definitely be back here when I need to add to my wardrobe.

Went in today for a shirt and a tie, thanks so much to Charlot for helping my wife and I pick out a great combination. No pressure and very helpful

High fashion with high discounts! Going through the 50%-70% off racks I found tons of shirts that were in my size and had stunning patterns. I spent $100 and saved $300. I even found a jacket I really liked, but the salesmen pointed out that it was slightly too small and helped me avoid making a purchase I wouldn't be 100% satisfied with. These guys went above and beyond.

Very good service excellent selection,and prices range from very affordable to I'm going to splurge on myself, Thank you Tip Top I really like my New suit!!!!!!

Worst customer service i ever had in my life. Manager: Zakiya Amiri is rude and seems like not interested to make long term relationship with customer who made recently $500 purchased.we bought a jacket recently for my son and lately realized that pent is free with that and once we ask for that she denied the request.sorry to say but if this manager keep working here store will probably loose so many customers due to her aerogant and unprofessional attitude… She need coaching for how to treat a customer when inside store… very disappointed with the service….

Went in to get my husband a suit for my son's wedding. Had an awesome experience today. The young lady that served us was professional and extremely helpful..thank you Dannie(apologies if incorrect spelling)

Very bad experience. The manager was very rude nd ignorant. I wanted to return blazer for which I had to revisit the store three times bcoz she wasn’t available then she refused to issue refund and forced to get an exchange or store credit for the item. Said it’s business and want to make money (even when customer is not satisfied). Would never visit this location again or recommend to someone. If you want to buy some good stuff with good customer service go to Polo park location. That place is great

Recently I’d purchased a Suit from Tip Top Tailors. Having Never officially bought a suit before, definitely a new experience!I by no means dress like someone who’d wear a suit. Regular street/urban cloths, work boots Ball Cap, your usual blue collar worker with a reflective jacket!Due to massive weight loss, I went to go and just browse through their stock. Obviously I had a few questions and Danni (Who happens to be the store manager) address them with out judgement. She measured my size and encouraged me to try a few things on. She’d given amazing suggestions which ultimately did lead me to purchasing a suit for an interview I have coming up quick!Not only was SHE single handedly AMAZING at addressing my needs, she was very laid back and supportive!As fore mentioned, I hadn’t chosen right away to pursue the purchase. I had sort of Hummed and Hawd. Took me 2 weeks to pull the trigger and say yes! Partly had to come up with the funds. And for someone who is on disability and works part time as a school bus driver, I managed.They allowed me to put the suit on hold once I realized that I was going to make the purchase and understood that I couldn’t wait if they’d sold out.I’m an easy person to please but difficult to impress. To go into a store and be treated like an equal is rare! Their whole team is amazing and absolutely floored with the excellence of this establishment.Although they’re usually 1-2 staff at a time, they do recognize when you need space and need assistance. Again though their staff is small, they do assist other customers (at the appropriate time) politely and attentively ensure the quality service of a TOP tailored experience!Affordable prices, Quality products, amazing staff… Definitely say they should have a 5 Star review! But you can’t please everyone right! Someone always wants the royal treatment better then the royals themselves get!Looking for a suit… Check out and go with TTT in the North Gate Mall!
