Very helpful customer service. I called to see if they’d be able to clean a charging port, I brought it in and it was done within 15 minutes. I didn’t get charge a stupid amount. It’s very affordable and the customer service will help you be able to afford what you need fixed or cleaned.

Very happy with the service I received. I went in with my sons phone thinking the charge port needed to be replaced but it turns out it was the battery. We took it home and once the phone got too low on charge it completely died again. Took it in again and Deepak checked it all out and Turned out to be the motherboard not the battery. He refunded me for the battery because it didn’t fix the phone. If I ever need any future repairs Will definitely go back!! Thanks so much

If I could give 0 stars I would. Dropped my company Ipad off on February 6th, returned 2 days later with a broken screen. Sent it back and still haven't received it back and now they are dodging my calls. Ridiculous service. What a joke. I expect someone to get in touch with us and resolve this situation.

My husbands microphone and charging port were damaged. There’s another mobile phone repair place in spruce but they didn’t answer their phone and when I went I book online they didn’t have openings today.I phoned mobile squad and they told me to have him come in and that they’d have it fixed within an hour. I really appreciate the great customer service. Thanks for your help!!

Quick service with reasonable prices.Went in for a replacement battery for my iPhone X. Price was about 40 bucks less than the Apple store and I didn’t have to make an appointment or answer 100 questions to get service. Took about 20-30 minutes and I was out the door with a fresh battery.Not sure yet on the quality of the battery they put in, but based on the service I’ve received, I’m satisfied with my 5 star review and would definitely use their services again.

The owner was just barely completely locked up when I showed up last minute and still spent the extra time despite being closed to replace my mom's phone battery and gave us a deal on a case too. We were so thankful and highly recommend them over.

Brought in my phone for screen and backing repair. They repaired the screen no problem. Got phone back as they had to order parts for the backing. They received the parts so I brought the phone back. Then he’s trying to say that the camera was cut out and wires were cut also. So he didn’t know how to fix it so sent it to Sherwood park location. I paid $50 for the screen repair and he told be that once parts stein it would cost 50$. So phone was repaired by the Sherwood park location and delivered back to spruce grove location went to pick it up he charged me 100$ with the wrong colour phone and my case nowhere to be found. In all it cost me 170.00$.so somehow the $50 he said doubled and I’m missing a case. I managed to get another case off him for no charge. Don’t bring anything there for repairs!!!

Nearly two weeks have passed since this business took my iPad, and they have not answered their phones. They continue to state that they will contact you with updates, but they have not done so. Whenever we visit the store during opening hours, it is closed or there is a sign on the door indicating that they will be right back. If my device is not returned immediately, I will take legal action and report it to the Better Business Bureau. DO NOT do business with these individuals or leave your electronic equipment with them. It is worth paying a little bit more to receive quality service from a business that you can trust.

I went to get my daughter's iPad screen replaced. It was affordable and he went over and above what I would have expected him to do to get it fixed. He had to run to St Albert to get a part for the home button. I highly recommend mobile Squad. They did really good work.

Booked an appointment to get my cell fixed. Travelled 2 hours to be there for 10..... waited for an hour went and did the rest of the stops kept calling.... and no staff showed up..... 2 days later they called to see if I wanted the parts and to do the repairs...... Would have been helpful on the appointment day..... Don't waste your time...
