Really helped guide me and my wife getting a work permit at the border. Clearly explained everything and gave us a reference sheet for the day so we didn't panic over anything. Having the office close by to the border was also really helpful.

Element took my immigration case in February and I had the opportunity to complete the case by July. I had a complex situation in regards to my immigration process. We had a great time working with the Element team, especially Jay Singh. He worked quite hard to make sure our case gets filed on time. Whenever we emailed or called Element team they were very approachable to get answers to many of the questions we had before to submitting my wife's applications.
