Renovations By Shane

I had Shane repair our steel roof.He was quick, timely, professional and competitive on price.Shane is the epitome of people from the prior generation: honest, reliable and willing to go over and aboveCannot recommend him enough.

Sorry to say this, but Shane disappeared on me. Sure, it was a small job, but still, he could have at least told me he was not interested in doing the work. At first, he was responsive, came and saw the work we needed done. Thereafter, I had to follow up by phone and text, and he promised to send me a quote the next day. Never heard from him again... I left him numerous voicemail messages and texts to no avail. He simply did not respond or get back to me. Many weeks later, still no answer.

We are thrilled with the job Shane and his crew did on our roof and eaves trough. Shane was very thorough and knowledgeable when answering all of our questions about the job and process, whether in person, or by text or email. Our property was kept neat and tidy while they worked and left in perfect order at the end of each work day and at the end of the job. We will definitely be calling Shane for future jobs we would like to have done on our house and when our friends need work done he will be the person we recommend.

Shane and team were very professional, efficient and courteous. The only delay was getting the faux stone product. which was Not Shane and teams fault.... happy to have Shane and team do more work around my house again.... anytime

We had Shane replace our eavestroughs as well as some additional small jobs and he was great! Polite, friendly, efficient, timely, honest, and very professional. Shane is a very nice young man and we were impressed with his work ethic and attitude as well as his thorough attention to detail on this project. I can't recommend him enough!

In August I asked Shane to do a small job for us. Replace facia on dormers and install rain barrels and diverters. He quoted and I accepted his quote to do the work. He then told me in September, then in October, then in November. Them he stopped taking my calls or returning my phone mails.Very unprofessional. Could have said in August he had no interest in such a small" job. Such a waste of time. Now December and the snow is starting to fall

Shane is an extremely honest and genuine guy. His work is top notch, and it’s obvious he and his crew take great pride in their work. 10/10 would recommend!

I should have paid closer attention to the other reviews here before contacting Shane. Unfortunately I was also ghosted" by Shane after he visited and told me he'd follow up in a few days. It's now been over a week and now a water leak that I needed fixed ASAP has now been left leaking for another week+ due to waiting for Shane to contact me back. He never did. I had to find another contractor to fix the leak but now it's worse than it was a week+ ago. Despite these review that he's a "nice guy" and that might be true it's extremely unprofessional to treat potential customers this way. If you didn't have the time just say so so I can look elsewhere. But you left me hanging with a leak from my water heater and my wood floorboards are now popping up in my living room due to water. I'm not looking for a response from the owner here. You clearly have done this before and I'd hate to see you do this to someone else. I go out of my way to support local business and look for the little guys doing great work. I thought I had one here. Another local contractor helped me when I abandoned waiting for Shane after over a week."

Shane and his team have done work for us over the last 5 years on several homes and projects. He has completed new roofs, custom soffit and facia, siding, window trim and will be our go to guy for construction on our new garage/loft project in summer 2021. We recommend him through our business regularly and he is extremely professional and his team is fast and efficient.
