I have been to my fair share of dermatologist clinics and I have never encountered any dermatology office or clinical trial team as professional and kind as the team at ICLS! Tamara is professional and courteous, as are the rest of the people on her team, Dr Sapra had great bedside manner and the front desk staff are efficient and super nice! Even the team in the skin care store are helpful and knowledgeable and always have a smile on their face. Rest assured that no matter what you are visiting icls for, you will have all of your dermatology needs addressed and taken care of in the most professional manner possible. I just can't say enough good stuff about this place, you won't be disappointed!

Kerry from ICLS is an amazing injector! I went to her because I needed support with dissolving filler from another clinic and she truly listened to what I needed and I saw results after the first session. Dr. Sapra and his team are extremely professional and they one of the few clinics that actually care. Whether you are dissolving or adding filler, you are in great hands with ICLS. I have been a patient of Dr. Sapra’s for over 10 years, predominantly for the treatment of acne and rosacea. The ICLS experience has never failed to exceed my expectations. Whether you come in through the main door or through the beautiful Skin Store there is always someone waiting there to welcome and assist you.Dr. Sapra has extensive patient care experience and is incredibly knowledgeable on all things Dermatology. He always takes the time to really listen to what I have to say before recommending different treatment options. He truly cares about each and every one of his patients and works hard to ensure that you leave the clinic feeling hopeful and happy about the future of your skin. I could not imagine trusting anyone else with my face!The team of nurses working with Dr. Sapra are just as amazing. Over the last few years I have had many Sylifirm and Excel V treatments with Nurse Julia. Her kind, gentle demenour made me feel very comfortable before, during, and after treatment. She is very experienced and I would highly recommend booking in with her for any of her available treatments.ICLS recently acquired the AviClear laser for the treatment of acne. Prior to trying AviClear I had exhausted all other options for the treatment of my acne and still wasn’t 100% satisfied with my complexion. When ICLS first got the AviClear laser I was one of the first patients to recieve the treatment as my acne has been so stubborn. Nurse Lesley preformed all 3 of my AviClear treatments. Despite the treatment being brand new to her she was confident, gentle and proficient. I was a bit nervous prior to my first treatment but she calmed my nerves and thoroughly answered all of my questions. If you suffer from acne I strongly recommend booking in with Nurse Lesley for your AviClear laser treatment.I also recently got lip filler at ICLS. I have always wanted to correct the uneveness in my upper lip, which I know can be a difficult task. Nurse Injector Abi did such an amazing job, she was able to correct the unevenness in my upper lip and I cannot thank her enough. She is so sweet and I truly appreciated her genuine concern and close attention to detail.It has always been such a positive experience visiting ICLS and I will continue to trust Dr. Sapra and his team of experienced staff for all of my dermatological needs.

I attended ICLS for a clinical trial and I am very happy with my experience with the employees, especially my trial coordinator Tamara. You can really tell she cares about her patients and she was always very helpful. Thank you to Dr. Sapra as well, for checking in with me and helping to monitor the progress I made during the trial. The whole CT team have made a really welcoming environment for patients, and I am very grateful to have been in a trial conducted by these amazing people.

Dr. Sapra is so kind and capable. His staff is always friendly. The last time I went, the girl was so thorough with the treatment! I told her how impressed I was with this! I've been going for yrs and I will continue to do so!

The facility is impressive but it is the people that make ICLS outstanding. All the staff are friendly, helpful and efficient.Jennifer provided my services today and she was incredible. I was with Jennifer for four hours and she was professional, caring, attentive and by the end, I felt like she was a good friend! My procedures could’ve been difficult to get through but I honestly hardly felt anything as Jennifer’s stories and conversations kept me pleasantly distracted…what an awesome tactic! I can’t thank Jennifer enough for her skillfull treatments and it was an absolute pleasure spending time with her. Will definitely be going back for treatments from Jennifer.

My family and I have been going to ICLS for a few years now and as always the experience is fantastic.I do want to single out Jessica F today though as she is one of the loveliest nurses I have ever met! From start to finish she went above and beyond to ensure I was comfortable and well informed throughout my whole procedure. Jessica F makes a point to talk you through every step she is taking so there are no surprises. Big thank you to her!

I visited ICLS for a clinical trial for 3 the past years! Such an amazing team and service. I was lucky enough to have Tamara as my clinical research coordinator and I can’t say enough good things! Tamara was personable, always organized and made my visits enjoyable and easy! Dr. Sapra was kind, professional and caring! He always treated me very well. I went to see Dr Sapra today to have three Pilar cysts removed from my scalp. The nurse, Stephanie (I hope I got her name right) was AMAZING. She was empathetic and extremely professional. She made sure I was comfortable and that the areas on my scalp were nicely numbed. Dr Sapra came in and consulted with me. Then after I was prepped he had them removed in about 10min! Dr Sapra is a lovely man and what all doctors should be like. I would HIGHLY recommend Dr Sapra and his staff.
