I had a water main leak on my property. He came with the perfect plan to find the leak and fixed perfectionaly with the reasonable price. He and his staff are very kind and smart and reliable. He did clean perfect after work was done. Thanks Neil. Great work!

Neil issued incorrect invoices, charged for a repair of a faulty part that was installed by a plumber and had to be replaced subsequently. Moreover, we are still waiting for that estimate to replace our rear perimeter drainage...and he was supposed to get back to us right away. That was about 3 months ago. The technicians that worked at our house seemed to spend a lot of time doing the same thing over and over again. Not good value. Do not recommend.

I am a landlord with a townhome 60 minutes away. I had Neil, from Aim, for the second time in 2 years, for two different jobs, over to the home. On the two occasions, he was on time, professional, completed the tasks, for a fair price. I highly recommend, if you are in need of a plumber, call Neil at Aim.

Friendly, experienced and tidy service!Tyler from AIM Plumbing was prompt on his service call out to our house. He was prepared and tidy when addressing my toilet fill valve issue. He ensured the area was cleaned following the repair and the completed job was fantastic. A very professional service with a fair price to match. I’ll be looking forward to having them back for another small job (replacing kitchen faucet) in the near future.

Neil from Aim Plumbing has done an excellent job repairing my kitchen drain pipe!My drain pipe could easily clog in the past. Neil diagnosed the drain pipe and found the pipe and pipe junction behind the wall causing the drain clogging. He replaced them and fixed the wall as well. Now my kitchen drain works very well, and the wall looks neat. What great professional work! I would like to recommend Neil and Aim Plumbing for plumbing work.

After calling several companies, some small and one big, with nobody returning calls or being available until next week I came across Aim. Liked that they are in my neighbourhood. My message was returned in minutes and they were at my door within 20 min. Unbelievable! Patrick was the plumber and listened carefully when i told him that i didn't want brand new everything as i just sold my home, but all had to work well. He came up with a solution, outlined it to me and lickety splickety, it was done! He reused what he could and replaced what was necessary. Streamlined the pipe layout so it's now neat and actually looks great.Fun watching a pro work-no wasted moves and the job was done in no time.I'm telling my neighbours about you guys!

I rarely do reviews online but I felt it very necessary to do this one. This is the second time I've called Aim Plumbing and both times I was extremely satisfied by their service and honesty. My first experience was an emergency situation when we had a flood in our basement with raw sewage. Patrick from Aim Plumbing came by, fixed the issue and even helped clean up the area at a fair price and better than most of the other quotes I received. This past weekend we had issues with a leak in our faucet for our clawfoot tub and I immediately called Aim Plumbing. When I called Patrick gave me a few options and he recommended that I shut off the water and have him come look at the issue first thing the next morning vs. coming out immediately as it would save me a lot of money. When Patrick showed up the next morning he looked at the issue and saw that we required a part that wasn't easily available. Most of the specialty parts stores were closed on the weekend so instead of making us wait to fix the issue or trying to make an extra few bucks he sent us to a competitor who he thought would definitely have the parts or at least a new faucet that would fit our antique claw foot tub. I took his advice and visited the competitor and sure enough they had the parts on hand and I came to find out they had exclusivity of Sign of the Crab" parts and product which is the brand of faucet we found out we owned. Because of all the advice and help from Patrick I was able to fix the issue and save a bunch of money along the way. If you are looking for an honest

In dealing with this company I was led to believe they are professional, experienced and take pride in the work they provide. However, the outcome was that we were disappointed, we had a plugged main sewer line, one of their technicians snaked the pipe, he then removed the auger, hooked up a garden hose and ran water for 5 minutes, after which he told me your good now and charged us time ½ rates for services incurred on the weekend costing us $422.00. 5 days later we had the same problem, I contacted another retired plumber who has over 50 years’ experience who stated they have to run water while using the auger tool in the pipe at the same to remove the blockage in the sewer line. We contacted Aim plumbing who sent out another technician on day 6, who performed the same procedure in snaking the pipe, except he ran the water at the same time and was successful in unplugging the blockage. It has been about 4 weeks now and we have not had a problem since. My understanding is that the blockage problem should have been done correctly the first time, however, we were charged again, with no offer to compensate us for not correcting the drainage issue during the first service appointment. There is no commitment to the customer, if the job was not done correctly the first time.
