i avoid taxes

The last 2 1/2 years have been a nightmare - zero customer service - their mistakes and my questions/concerns are not addressed - very frustrating

I have to agree with the person below. Envision has become a disaster. I recently was told (via email) that I qualified for a cash back promo. After everything was signed and approved, all of a sudden I no longer qualified. What?! What ever happened to owning up to your mistakes? After challenging it and being told by Tamara Hendsbee and Town Centre manager that Envision would make it right, they refused to in the end. Really disappointed in this bank. When I asked to reverse the agreement because of this, I was told I would have to pay a penalty. The only thing you can Envision at this bank is problems. :(

Time to reopen your branches.... I am not sure what the holdup is but it is increasingly difficult to do business with Envision with most of their branches still closed !!!!

The new drive through bank machine is unusable from a pickup truck or full size suv. Its so low.

Atm is always having problems
