Trinity Hills 24 Hour Pet Hospital

We have visited this pet hospital several times now. The first was to put our dog down and the service was exceptional. The second we waited almost 2 full hours on a Saturday to see a Dr. Although we did receive good care, I was very disappointed with the wait time. The care we received (antibiotics for 7 days) did not clear up a UTI infection and it returned within 2 days after treatment ended. Calling to inquire about additional care, my call was received with a very rude receptionist. When I pleasantly asked how she was doing and if she had a couple minutes to discuss an issue with me, she coldly said what would you like. No friendliness, just abruptness. When I inquired about the next steps and if this was normal to have a UTI reoccur, I was informed rudely that she wasn't a doctor and I needed to book an appointment - again cold and quite unprofessional. I would love to continue to go to the establishment, but unfortunately, I won't be giving them any more of my money. It may be a one time thing, but it's NOT acceptable ever. I have dealt with several of the front end staff and they were wonderful - I suggest getting rid of the ones that treat your clients like an inconvenience.

I love trinity hills. The staff are kind and vets are very knowledgeable.We first went here to see a radiologist who diagnosed our senior puggle with prostate cancer. They were very kind and helped us come up with a plan. We comfortably had him for another 3-months before we had to say goodbye.We have subsequently been to the clinic multiple times with our younger dogs.The wait times can be quite long, but there is never pressure going overboard on extra costs, like many emergency vets can push. The service is amazing. We’ve always felt supported and well taken care of. Just be prepared for long waits and bring a phone charger, but the care is worth it.

The first time I went into Trinity Hills ER Vet, I was blown away with the kind and quick support they gave me and my dog. I even tried to make them take us on as a regular patient :) (they are emergency only). I just can't rave enough. Tonight I called in for advice and the lady I spoke to was so kind and patient. She had no problem answering all my questions and she eased my concerns. I can't express how appreciative I am. Trinity Hills ER Vet is one of a kind. Thank you so so much!

There arent enough words to describe the care and competence we experienced when our cat Floki was sick. Dr.s Heather and Sheri with their support team and colleagues were extremely thorough in their investigation and were very compassionate with their explanations. Thankfully Floki's is on the road to recovery. Our 24 hr clinic of choice in Calgary.

My pit mix swallowed a 5 inch stuffed lamb chomp toy. We told the staff that duchess is very scared of male docs and that she is calm when we are with her. Needless to say we were turned away and were told she is too aggressive. We were told she may pass the toy in a day or so. I will never go back to Trinity.There was no way that toy would make it through her small intestine. Thank you Paramount 24 hr vet for treating my sweetheart!! Lamby did not make it sadly - my much smaller dog is down another stuffy.

I’ll preface by saying It’s never a fun trip to an emergency veterinary clinic. That being said I could not be more pleased with the level of care and due-diligence of Trinity Hills. We went in for a potential rear limb tear in hopes it wouldn’t be a ruptured ACL (which it was) however there was also an unusual bump on the same limb. Biopsy results showed a mast cell tumour. We were given multiple options for both immediate care or a staged approach, pricing estimates for each and proposed timelines. We chose an aggressive approach which lead to a very successful surgery and excised tumour within 4 days. Since then the level of follow up, treatment, care and genuine love they have for the animals has been astounding. We’re still in treatments with our little bulldog but have been walked through every step of the way. Thankfully we have pet insurance and the means to cover the expenses, but I haven’t experienced a better level of care at any veterinary or emergency pet hospital.

The staff at Trinity Hills are phenomenal. We had a serious scare with our little guy and they were so kind and compassionate, while doing everything to help him. After a very stressful day at the clinic he is now fully recovered and back to normal, which wouldn't have happened without the dedication, expertise and care the staff at Trinity Hills provided.

We first brought little Trix to Trinity Hills on May 2nd with IMHA. We worked very hard to get her home and used every option available to us. In the end there was no treatment for Trix. During our time there the front staff were kind and caring. The technicians were watchful and performed their job with grace. The Dr's were diligent, always available, and respectful. While the ending wasn't what we hoped for, there is no where else I would have rather taken Trix.

We first visited Trinity Hills Pet Hospital under dire circumstances - our beloved dog, Luna, was seriously ill. Trinity was recommended to us because of their renowned Internal Medicine Veterinarian, Dr. Sheri Clarkson. And I must say, this recommendation was an absolute lifesaver (literally).From the get-go, Dr. Clarkson's extensive training and wealth of experience became profoundly apparent. She handled Luna's case with exceptional care and unparalleled professionalism, making us feel confident in her hands. Another notable figure at Trinity Hills is Dr. Heather Suttie, who was always there for us during Luna's recovery.Not just the doctors, but the facilities at Trinity Hills were outstanding too. The cleanliness was apparent, and the cutting-edge in-house equipment allowed for quick, efficient diagnosis and treatment. It's amazing to have such a comprehensive service here in Calgary.The level of care extended beyond the Doctors to their highly trained Veterinary Techs as well. Their heartfelt care and thorough attention to Luna was comforting during an otherwise stressful time. They treat every animal as if it were their own, demonstrating such profound love and respect for all their furry patients.Thanks to their dedicated team, Luna is in amazing health and we couldn't be more grateful.

I can’t say enough good things. As many do we think of our dogs as our kids and the staff treat them as so. We had to let our youngest go due to a brain tumour and Dr.Clarkson- as usual was amazing, compassionate yet she was very helpful in giving her medical opinion on his condition while keeping his best interests and quality of life at top of mind. You can rely on this clinic to treat your animals with the utmost respect, love and care and keep their best interest at the forefront of every decision. The best care and knowledge in the city!
