Brought my laptop in to have the battery replaced. When they replaced it and tested the computer they found it was a separate issue not caused by the battery. Despite spending their time and resources I was not charged. Beyond this, they were extremely helpful in suggesting next steps. The staff was nothing but friendly and helpful! If you need fast, quality and friendly service I’d recommend here 100%!

Terrific shop! I needed to get a cracked screen protector replaced on my phone and they did it while I waited so I had a chance to check out the expansive product selection they have here. Staff are awesome (I was even greeted immediately in spite of other customers being in the store) and very knowledgeable. Their product pricing is very reasonable, as was the cost of repair (which was super fast and better than when I put the last screen protector on lol). They also have other accessories like SD cards, microSD cards, USB, USB-C sticks, Bluetooth gadgets, phone & tablet cases/covers (and not just a generic style), chargers, cables, batteries, even collectibles and a BTM on-site. Very happy customer, I highly recommend Marnics Mobile for all your Mobile+ needs! :)

This was the only place that could get me a screen. It did have to be ordered. The screen that came in was faulty. However, they did a good job keeping me up to date and gave me a loaner phone for the duration of my phone being repaired. No matter who I talked to at the store they were always positive and polite.

Wasn’t planning to buy but then we saw a really good Huawei phone for a great deal! The store manager was really kind and helped convince us to buy it. 10/10 place would recommend.

I visited Marnics Mobile recently to get a new battery for my iPhone. There’s a choice between authentic and non-authentic batteries, but I chose authentic. It was $99 plus tax. Tawny was the person who helped me and she was knowledgeable & accommodating; willing to notify me via email when my phone was ready to be picked up. I brought it in on a Saturday around 1:30pm and it was ready that day before closing. I will definitely be using them again!

I find buying a new cell phone a daunting experience but Jason made my decision easy. He carefully listened to my needs and together we were able to ascertain which phone would best work for me. He was extremely patient with my questions and never talked down to me even though my knowledge of cell phones is somewhat limited. I never felt rushed during the process and in the end, left the store feeling much more informed and extremely happy with my purchase. A big thank you to Jason and Marnics Mobile where customers really do matter.

I have had nothing but the best experiences here. Conner went above and beyond for me and provided the best customer service. Extremely knowledgeable and very friendly. Tawnie is amazing! All staff very kind and knowledgeable, and you can tell they genuinely want to help their customers. They explored all avenues for us to solve our issue and came up with a very reasonable solution. Totally recommend!
